AT&T Store

I've come to this location a few times, and Zeshan has been a wonderful person to deal with each time—5 stars for his customer service. We had a very unfortunate lost/broken phone in our family with no insurance, and the next day, Zeshan helped me turn it around from a negative event into a great upgrade for all parties involved by highlighting sales, deals, and trade-in offers that would benefit our family the best!

My mother and I went in to add a samsung tablet (new & unlocked) to our account. Zeshan spent an 1.5 hours trying to help us. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He was also helping other customers at tye same time. Although tech support and Zeshan couldn't activate the tablet; we did manage to upgrade my mother's iPhone and add another phone line. Zesh really came through and helped make Christmas great for my kid. We will always recommend this store and go there when we need anything on our account.

Zeshan is the very best assistant manager that I have ever had at AT&T. There are several stores closer to my house but we still make the extra drive to receive the best service that he provides.

I was so frustrated with my IPhone because friends & family couldn’t reply to my texts. They were getting undeliverable messages. So I went to the AT&T store in One Loudoun and was helped by Zeshan. He was amazingly knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me. He taught me how to fix my problem and also answered other questions I had as we navigated thru Settings, etc. I highly recommend that you bring your IPhone to Zeshan when you’re having phone issues!

Had a wonderful experience when I went to upgrade phone. Sean was the best in helping me choose plans and phones. Very helpful and kind in getting it set up. Please give him a raise! He deserves it!

I want to give a 5 star review for Khurram Usman, Store Manager at One Loudoun in Ashburn, Va. and Terrence Riddle, VP of Sales. After many phone calls to AT&T, with no success changing from Verizon to AT&T service for my phone. Terrance, who happened to be in the store that day, helped me tremendously - so professional, courteous & patient. In the following days, Terrence was at another store, and Khurram took over getting my service changed. I cannot stress enough what a great job he did. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. I highly, highly recommend him. He gets the job done! 10 stars for both of these professionals!

I had the most amazing experience that I’ve ever had with AT&T yesterday at this location. Zeshan & Michael we’re so kind, caring & efficient in helping me get a new phone before my upcoming vacation. These two are incredible employees & customer service leaders. I highly recommend this store if you’re looking for a great customer service experience. I will definitely be back!! :)

I needed to new get my new Apple watch added to our cellular plan, we went to our local store at One Loudoun. Zeshan was very helpful through the entire process, he was also very patient and knowledgeable as he answered my many questions! Excellent customer service from start to end, we will definitely be using this location for further purchases.

Great Store, great location with excellent service. I am long time AT&T customer, I decided to upgrade my phone with nice tread-in offer of previous phone device. The Manager of the store is very helpful and guide me smoothly with his abounded knowledge. With this covid satiation, I would say my trip to this store is pleasant one.

Incredible service today from Zeshan and Lashay!!! I was using another carrier whose inability to get me taken care of led me to AT&T. These two employees were extremely helpful, explained everything thoroughly, and provided additional options to save costs for my family. I highly recommend visiting the One Loudoun location in VA for your mobile needs.

Khurram (store manager) is so awesome! My son smashed my iPad by accident and I do a lot of work at home on it. He got me a new iPad AND AirPod pros with no problem at all! I was in and out within 30-45 minutes and he was so kind and friendly the whole time! Thank you!

These guys are awesome! Every associate that helped over numerous visits has been very pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable about both the products I bought and all the services provided by AT&T! I am so impressed with this store as I have been an AT&T customer for over 15 years, this is the best service I've received at any store in NOVA! Great management by Usman and Maleek! I was thinking to switch my phone since it was getting old and started having a lot of issues. I checked everywhere but couldn’t find something that would work for me. I was passing by this store and decided to give it a shot. And I was sooooo satisfied with amazing service that Khurram and his team provide there 🤗 I upgraded my phone with amazing promotion that guys offering there and guess what!!! i finally got my ATT TV! After I left, in a couple days I received call from Khurram. He was calling to make sure everything is working fine for me and I’m happy with my phone and TV. I will definitely recommend this store to all my friends and coworkers. Thank you guys for making my life so much easier ❤

We received outstanding service from Khuram who patiently spent about an hour walking my 75 year old mother through the process of acquiring her first smart phone and then literally setting up the phone and customizing it for her, we also got At&t TV live service which I personally loves it and he also explained how to use it with Google voice so my grand mother doesn’t have to type to find her favorite TV shows.He clearly loves his job and I would recommend him specifically to those with older parents/grandparents who might be taking the big step into the world of smart phones. Thanks again Khuram for being so great!

Came in on Friday after work to switch from sprint. Called 5+ stores to find a store who had the phone I was looking for. Tyler and Jeremy were able to hold the phone for me until I was able to come by after work. They both were very personable and had great conversation during the entire process. 10/10 would recommend.

These guys are terrific!!! Probably the best experience I have ever had in a AT&T store. knowledgeable, resourceful, precision to details and to the customers needs and questions. Great location and the store is clean.

I cannot say enough good things about this store. Usually upgrading your phone is such a chore, but the store manager Lauryn helped us find a better plan that will save us money. In addition to getting a new iphone 11, we walked out of there with an unlimited plan and free HBO!

Great customer service is an understatement! Lauren and Michael were not only knowledgeable and professional they were kind and patient and worked diligently on my behalf to get me exactly what I needed. They are an asset to AT&T and awesome people. Thanks for everything!

Khalid and Matias were extremely helpful with helping me purchase my iPhone 11. The store is super neat, they have a lot of phone accessories to choose from and they have a comfortable waiting area. 5/5 would definitely come back.

Eli and Lauryn are awesome! They took the time to explain not only the phones but the differences and comparing the accessories. If I could give 10 stars I would! Highly recommend this store.
