Weirdest compliment— the bathroom smelt like fresh peaches! And it was super clean (as always at this sheetz). My oldest said the mens bathroom smelled good also. I thought maybe a lady wore peach spray, but it is apparently what they clean with. Either way, it made you happy leaving the restroom. Lexy and Debbie always greet the customers with smiles and a warm “hello” which makes you feel like you’re seeing an old friend. The crew this evening was great. It was David, Debbie, Chris and Lexy. Fast and accurate with our food order and pleased to hear us compliment their restroom. Will be back

I've been going to this one for years. Anyways, I ordered an oreo milkshake at the store. While paying for it, I informed them that I just had jaw surgery 5 days prior, so I would appreciate it if there was no big chunks of oreo. They went above and beyond my expectations. They checked in with me while making my shake to best help. They took the extra time to blend up my shake more, that way there was no chunks. I really appreciate it. I was able to enjoy this without interfering with my jaw surgery. It means a lot that they took the extra time to make it so it was completely smooth for me.

I wanna give a shout out to Sheetzon Cape Horn Rd. Red Lion, PA. I never order ham from a food service place bc I hate the ham with the fluorescence in it and most places serve that. Well, not sheetz!!! They got that good honey ham that tastes fresh and looks normal. Your breakfast sandwiches have stolen my heart! Thanks for not going the cheap route!

Just came into sheetz and it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I went in there to get two packs of pall mall blue shorts and a reign energy drink. I was greeted by a cashier named rachel....i know her. She is so kind and so good at her job. And is so good at providing TCF (TOTAL CUSTOMER FOCUS). She was so friendly and nice. And was quick and professional. Eventhough she was wearing a mask...im pretty sure she was smiling. And as a customer you have to appreciate employees like Rachel. She is at the top of best customer service supervisors in the company,in my opinion. She deserves the maximum amount of recognition for her services. She will be at sheetz forever if she keeps doing what she's doing....in my opinion.....thank you sheetz for keeping this supervisor at sheetz and making guests like me wanna come back.
