I love the Rite Aid in Red Lion on Lombard and William is an awesome employee. He is what all associates should aspire to be.

Everybody is so pleasant and helpful.. store is kept very clean and tidy.. items are easy to locate..

I have to go to get prescription refills every 2 weeks. Most pharmacy's mess up my script or I have to wait 2 hrs for my scripts, which isn't fun after sitting at Drs for 2 hrs. Last week I waited at the rite aid on east market street for 2hrs just to be told they didn't have my medication. I called the red lion in cape horn and they had it ready in 15 minutes. I tried the cape horn red lion again this week and they were absolutely amazing!!!! Thank you to all of the employees at this Rite Aid

I get all my prescriptions sent here and they're always much faster than the CVS across the street. My insurance copays are higher at Rite Aid but it's well worth it to me to have my meds correct and ready on time. Last night I had a great experience. My doctor sent over an rx for an urgent health condition less than half an hour before closing time. The pharmacist was kind enough to fill it right away when I called and had it ready for me when I drove up 10 minute later. I was able to start my medicine a full 24 hours sooner than I would have if she hadn't been so gracious and gotten it filled for me before close. Previously they fixed an error even though I didn't notice it until a month after filling the script. I appreciate the customer service here and am grateful to the staff!

They didn't have my medication when I needed it and cindy called around till she found somewhere that had it was in stock

ABSOLUTELY THE MOST CARING, SYMPATHETIC, HIGHLY AWARE, AND ON TOP OF THINGS PHARMACY STAFF I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED... I'M SO TRULY BLESSED TO HAVE THEM WITH ME THROUGH MY CRAZY JOURNEY....

The staff is always helpful and friendly. I have nothing but great things to say. Service is always quick.

They always have what I need

Thankful for how easy it was to get my prescription. I usually deal with another rite aid but may switch to this one because of its location. Cashier was helpful and caring. It was pretty busy until I left but seemed like they serviced efficiently.

Lots.of mistakes made that I have to fix and very hard to fix unless a Pharmacist is available. Overall good in 30 years of use.

Clean store, helpful staff

My prescription was 40 dollars more here than CVS and they almost wouldn't give me my script back.
