Billy is awesome! Got my phone stolen in NYC, went to AT&T submitted a claim and got another phone in the same day. Thanks to Billy the process was smooth and easy and I got a replacement phone in the same day. I recommend this store whole heartedly. You will be getting somebody who actually cares about his customers. He also replaced my screen protector for no cost !

Sunny & Kevin saved the day. They were super helpful, patient and kind in transferring our lines over. Stayed past the time they were supposed to help. Highly recommend to stop by their store for any assistance.

Who is better than Billy absolutely nobody I have been to many phone stores and it’s always a long tiring experience. Worse than the DMV.
However, every time I have gone in this location, Billy was absolutely top-notch on point and got me out of there with a new phone in no time and also goes the extra miles to ask questions and to be as helpful as he can be he even answers his cell phone ,This guy is great !!!!

Billy is a rock star! Knowledgeable, personable, went out of his way to research a tricky problem I was having over his vaca, stayed in touch and quickly and expertly resolved it. Hard to find such service these days! I cannot recommend enough!

Location is a little tricky to get to but that’s ok. Store isn’t overly busy and you can really get one on one attention. Billy Metts was fantastic. He was informative, funny, and really looked into what was best for our families needs. I didn’t feel like he was pushing the latest deal corporate spun, instead he did right by us.

Anthony was fantastic! He gave my wife and I excellent information and helped us pick the best phones for our needs. He was extremely professional and polite.

This place is great.. got me in and out quickly Bill was our salesman and he explained the plan in detail helped me choose a phone that fit my needs with a calling plan that actually was less expensive and contained many more benefits to help organize my crazy schedule. We ordered from Door Dash for the first time today. We ordered croissants and baguette from our favorite Pierre and Michel in Ridgewood NJ. The bread came hot, just out of the oven. The ordered was placed on our doorstep at the exact time the app said they would!! I will definitely use this again
