Naomi was super helpful. My mama phone just stopped working out of no where and she helped get it fixed quickly and made us laugh along the way. 10 out of 10 will be back bc of her. Called the store on McGalliard and they were not helpful at all but we went to see Naomi and she helped!

Naomi Helped me on the week 8/20 with pricing and how Metro has grown thru the years to be a good phone company and I liked her attitude and she treated me with respect while I learned how their deals on iPhones and insurance is the best for the money I had to spend. I’ll be back to deal with her in the future and I recommend others to ask for her when they enter the store. Two thumbs up

Naomi helped us switch my daughters phone and she did it quick and easy and she was so nice and was so sweet and the service was amazing

Spent over an hr online to no avail I stopped into the location for help in person and Andrew the manager was extremely helpful professional and able to help me with a function issue effectively. I truly appreciate the good work thank you

Levi and Barbara were amazing!!!!!! They were extremely helpful. Had all 4 of my lines setup and ready to go with in 20 minutes. Will be coming back soon for tablets and home internet.

Barbara was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me out. She was very professional and did everything she could to help and keep me from switching companies. She has a customer for life!!!!

I am very satisfied with your staff but your district manager took two days to get back to them took me two days to get my phone and internet but the counter people were very professional and helpful

Britane and her staff have always gone beyond customer service for their customers. Any issue that I have had (not many) are resolved right away. They are sensitive to my Senior status and recognize that I have just enough knowledge to get myself into trouble but not enough to get myself out! Today, as I got out of my vehicle, I bumped my elbow and began to bleed (blood thinners) and they fixed me up with a bandage. This is where I will stay for my phone services. Thank you.

The employees are very helpful & polite! I would recommend MetroPCS to anyone! Any problems we've had they do their best to fix or make it right. & the prices are very fair compared to other phone companies!!

Good phones! I will say that their phone service has definitely improved from the last time we was with the company! And great people! The store manager is a HOOT!
