Ever since it became 711 from Kidd Jones, quality has gone way down.

I agree with the other reviews that I am seeing. Quality and service has gone way down and prices have gone up . My first visit after the change the clerk tossed the can of snuff I was buying across the counter at me. I just started stopping there again to give a second chance. Bought a kolache, so hard and dried out I had to throw it out. Tried again, bought a taquito off the roller bar, not even warm. They won't give you a receipt. It's like they don't want you to have a number to call or proof that you were even there.
They need to go away and bring back Kidd Jones.
Just bought a bottle of tea marked 2 for $2.59 was charged $3.11 after entering my rewards number for purchasing 1 bottle. They need to clean house and start over. Not worth retraining.

Lady with a bandanna at work on the register told me I couldn't be on my phone. Don't stop at this store.
