AT&T Store

Quinton was at the AT&T store off coursey and he was so great. The minute I walked into the store he help me. He told me all the specials and help me save money. I had a problem and he fixed it. I am 73 and I am devoid of how to fix these problems. He was respectful which is rare today. I will go to that store and deal with Quinton. He is the manager which was a great choice by AT&T on their part.

Gerald went above and beyond to make sure I got a phone and plan best suited for me and my budget. And even with him being the only one in the store to help customers he made sure to greet and help every single person that came in while still helping me set up my plan. Never once felt pressured to get the best of the best he was very professional and kind! It's hard now days to find an employee to help you rather than helping themselves, most of the time they are going to talk you into getting the most expensive products, so it was nice not feeling pressured!

I had an amazing experience in this store! Both gentlemen were kind, patient and very knowledgeable. They made us feel welcome in the store even though it was busy. They went above and beyond to help me with my problem. I also noticed the same with other customers that came into the store while we were there. I had been to another AT&T store the day before and while the service was good at the other store, this store was amazing. I will be going back in the future.

By the best location I bedm at. I had my kids with me and they was giving me a hard time. The staff went out their way to keep the kids entertained while I got what I needed done. I believe the guy that was taking care of me was name Jerry or a J name. Ms. Karen store manager was Amazing. I would recommend them to anyway. So friendly welcoming caring. They treat me with respect took care of needs all while keeping the kids calm and having fun

All of the employees at this office is outstanding!!
Well mannered an very very patient with all the customers. I am a senior that does not no much about electronics, but this office has helped me to understand my new phone I bought with them.
They are the best people I ever had to do business with!! So please keep them here an take good care of them.

Karen was the most helpful person I have ever met. Helped me unlock my phone and set up new service , she had the best attitude and a was very friendly. Customer service was amazing. Best store ever!!!!!!They are also running a great special to switch service until April 11,2019❤💕💕😊😊❤💕💕👍🏼

I visited the store on 4/20/2019 and I must say Shawnee is AMAZING!!!!!! The effort she gave to solve my issue was nothing short of an extremely dedicated employee. From the “Welcome to AT&T” to the “Have a Happy Easter, it was my pleasure” the experience was wonderful. More retailers can use employees with those merits.

I am not one to write a review, but after the amazing service I received, it would be an injustice not to say anything. Chris and Austin spent over an hour with me explaining all my options that were available to me in regards to purchasing a new phone. By far they were the most knowledgeable of anyone i have ever spoken with in regards to options, and contracts. They both went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied as well as to find me the color phone that I wanted to purchase. You can tell that Chris the General Manger is building a great culture within the store and has a guest first attitude. His concern was genuine and wanted what was best for me as the buyer. I cant thank Chris and Austin enough for all that they did for me, and I know that from this point forward I will always take my business to them.

This lady named Ms Karen helped me with my phone because I don't know nothing about this phone. And I thank God for her.
And the young man, Mr Gerald, he helped me too, he is just wonderful. You have a great team at this location!!

Great experience with Gerald! My phone stopped working during this shutdown, and Sprint shrugged and told me I'd have to go to the Apple store, which is closed. We stopped into AT&T, and Gerald assured me he could get us in phones the same day and beat Sprint's price. Gerald didn't have phones in stock, but called every other location in the city to make sure we got the phones and plans we wanted at a great price.

I walked in the store this morning very upset that my place of employment (2doors down) has been out of Internet for over a week. So I asked the gentleman (Chris) behind the counter if they had internet & he said yes. I explained that I waited for a tech to come yesterday from 12:50-6:30 & was told my ticket was not yet assigned to a technician! What? I have been there all day, and I WAS NOT HAPPY...
ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY WERE RESCHEDULING MY APPOINTMENT TO TODAT FROM 9:30-2:00!
So he took my info, calmed me down, explaining it was out of our hands & not to worry. And he was right, there wasn't anything he or I could do! He walked me to the door & opened it for me, like the perfect gentleman! He made me so happy even though my problem was not solved.
He is a wonderful employee & you are very fortunate to have someone who really cares about his customers.
My problem was actually fixed by me, making a couple of phone calls.
I went back to AT&T after I got off of work to thank him for all of his efforts.
I will definitely be sending business his way!

We love AT&T service for our cell phones. Where we live we have great service but our neighbors and nana did not have any service at our house. We have enough that we can do anything we choose to do, they couldn’t even make a call on their phones. However it’s so annoying when you need to speak with customer service and you have to wait forever on hold... but other then that I’m happy with my service.

Omg! Thank you Gerald!! I was totally complexing on joining the AT&T family and because of you I’m grateful that I did! I finally have my new iPhone 11 Pro Max, and hunny now my kids can’t even keep up with me 😂 no more android jokes. Thanks AT&T and thank you Gerald!! You rock ❤

Staff are amazing, extremely helpful and friendly. The manager, Karen Chatwood, was awesome and had an answer for every question I had asked. It is the ONLY at&t store i will go to for all of my wireless, cable and internet services ever. And i strongly suggest everyone else does as well.

My mom and I went in to get new screen protectors. Gerald went above and beyond helping us! We will definitely be returning to this location next time.

This is the only ATT store I visit for all of my ATT questions or needs. The service is fast and the employees there are courteous. Both of the employees working there last night were very attentive and as soon as you walk through the door they acknowledge you. One of the employees even held the door open for a lady that he was helping, those small kind gestures go a long way now days!

The salesman was extremely helpful and saved us money! We appreciated him taking the time to thoroughly check all options for us.

This is the only ATT I recommend ANYONE to! Karen and her team are awesome and makes me feel like home anytime I pay them a visit! Keep up the great work!!!

This store gives amazing service!! All three employees were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be a returning customer to this location.... such a great experience!!

Ms Christine she very professional, courteous & knowledgeable. I have this problem for a couple of years & she solve it within 30 minutes. She went above & beyond . Thank ATT for hired this young lady.
