This is a hidden little gem of a 7-11. It's tucked away behind some trees which makes it secluded, yet is still visible to drivers. They have ample parking space too. All this together provides for a peaceful slurpee trip without the stress that comes with an overcrowded parking lot or having to watch out for crazies while trying to get back onto the highway.

Store was very clean. I was very happy with that however, there was not one prepared pizza, chicken Wing, anything except hot dogs for food choices. That was a bummer.

This store is very clean and the man that is working at 630 on the weekends is very nice. HOWEVER EVERY time I come the toilet is clogged and there is NEVER any running water from the sink in the bathroom. The other sink has watered down soap. These are very unhygienic and disgusting. Is 711 not making enough money? Need a plumber? Why is it always for months now been like this?

Improvements need to made on the gas pumps, in the replacement of the old pumps. Certain pumps are out of order or very slow to pump.

0 stars if I could. I don't live in VA just work here weekly. I visit this 7-11 occasionally. Today I went in to buy popcorn and lotto tickets. The first attendant indicated I needed to wait for the other. I did. The next attendant took my order for lottery, confirmed what I asked for an came back with only two tickets. When I confronted him he jumped to calling the police and other tactics. I said fine tell me who else sells lottery near by, you obviously have issues. The vague directions were a joke. I left and vowed to myself never to return. AVOID THIS PLACE they do not deserve the business.

I frequently visit this location as it is very close to my job. As of today, I will not return. After prepaying $40 cash for gas to an employee who confirmed the pump number and wished me good day, I was unable to get gas from the pump. I selected my grade and tried to pump twice before going back into the store to get help. After speaking to her associate in Spanish and frantically tapping on the register and printing receipts, that same employee went to "get her boss". He rudely brought a printout to me showing me record of my $40 prepayment and tossed it on the counter at me. He was adamant that I pumped $40 worth of gas and would not get a refund. As I insisted the opposite, he went "to check the camera" and continued to insist that I was lying--not sure how I would have filled my car in 2 minutes and then try to steal another approx. 15 gallons of gas for my supposed full tank. The manager finally went out to the pump with me to investigate. He then asked another employee to turn on the pump. She clearly knew how to handle a prepayment to a pump number. "Magically," it worked and $33.75 worth of gas was successfully pumped into my car. I left without returning for my change because I had no intentions of being the next Black face being assaulted by security or police because someone "feared for their life" and things got heated enough just getting the manager to go outside and further investigate. People please stop jumping to conclusions based on your racial bias. As a customer service professional, your first step should be to listen before responding to your customer. Save your doubt for your dumb ass employee who clearly needs training on her register as well as training on how to be a person of integrity and admit your mistakes. People are losing their lives because of very basic breakdowns in communications and "Sorry for the inconvenience" AFTER you have accused me of stealing several times just doesn't cut it.

Employees had no idea what I was asking for when I asked to have the new bacon chicken ranch taquitos. No one knew what I meant. They gave me chicken rolls instead. Horrible customer service. Asked to speak to the owner or manager and was told "maybe". Reporting to corporate.

prices advertised and posted are not honored, and when I asked the attendant at checkout she shrugged and said "I don't make the signs"
