Once again, I'm going for the safe and delicious! Awesome service, clean, and food met all expectations. Busy as usual but line moves fast both outside and inside

This is a nice place. We stop weekly while going to our prenatal appointments.
The workers are nice and friendly. The food is typical Chick-fil-A goodness. We normally go between 930am and 1030am, mostly Tuesdays or Thursdays, depending on our appointments in that area. The tables are almost always dirty at that time. We have to wipe our own table and seat because of leftover food debris from past customers. It gets old really but it is conveniently located and you know pregnancy cravings.

We stopped by for a quick lunch with the kids while running some errands. The food was good as usual. My kids had a fun time at the indoor playground. The milkshake and lemonade were great.

So glad this chick fill A is near my house, the employees are excellent, the food always great, and the place clean and organized, I love that they have their stations always full and clean for us.

This is a new location, and it's fantastic! I walked in during lunch time and the employees all greeted me and took my order promptly. I've gone here a couple times for lunch and they're great when doing a mobile order or eating in.

The bathrooms? Clean. The amenities? Full and stocked. The tables and atmosphere? Straight vibe.

10/10 a very good location and look forward to eating here every now and then. Plus they have a drive thru with two lanes and an outdoor seating. Not to mention the play pin.

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A! The food is consistently delicious, and the service is top-notch. The chicken sandwiches are always tender and flavorful, and the waffle fries are the perfect side. I appreciate the clean and welcoming environment. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is that I wish they had more diverse menu options. But overall, it's one of my favorite fast food places to grab a quick, satisfying meal.

Always quick and easy to order. I typically go in the mornings for breakfast and food is always good and never soggy. Even when there’s a long line it moves fast.

The dining room is happily open, from the moment you walk through the door you feel a warm welcome from the staff members. The quality of the service is truly exceptional and the product always meets my expectations 😋

I don't know what happened in the last month, but the service is horrendous.
Repeat my order, then give me the wrong thing and charge me more!
I will let everyone in Chantilly know and recommend the Fair Lakes location.

What a great Chic-fil-A !! Out door seating and great staff. Convenient and near my son's work place for when we visit the grandkids.

Food is amazing. BBQ sauce is so good. I could drink it by the gallon. Staff are very very nice and treat you like you're family. Wish I could bring the place home with me.

This is a busy and great Chick-fil-A to eat during the week. The staff is friendly and the food is served fast.

You just can't beat how efficient and friendly the employees are. Customer service here is 6 starts out of 5. And the food is so good as well. Chick-Fil-A knows how to give you a warm greeting and make your lunch time all that more enjoyable. Yes, I kind of like that all the 4 people that I went thru called me by my first name and not their combo number.

First time in that location, however, it is no different than other Chick-fil-A. Nice people and nice service. This location does not offer military or senior discounts.
