Joey in the bike department is a great professional. Patient, experienced, an a great communicator. Daniel the store manager is also a gentleman. I love this store location I will be doing business here in the future for certain.

I have to rave about the great customer service I received at my most recent visit. Monica and Madison made my visit to the store so pleasant they were very professional and patient. Being stuck in the house due to COVID has not been easy so it is was so nice to be able to go to the store and have such friendly sweet smiling faces welcome me. They are truly the best.

I am giving a 5 star rating for the superb service that Sam provided in the shoe department. I was looking for a pair of hiking boots, and had difficulty finding a boot available in my size. Sam stayed with me, and we found a pair.

The manager Bob is awesome! We were trying to get a kayak that was not in stock and Bob worked tirelessly and tried many different options before figuring out how to get it in for us. He truly went above and beyond in customer service.

Giving credit where credit is due. I bought my mountain bike from this Dick's store years ago. I have gotten way more out of the bike than I should have, but get routine tune-ups and replace parts as I wear them out. The bike itself has been a great investment.

The purpose of this review is to thank Bob, who really took care of things after some minor issues during my last tune-up. While we should expect great service, support, and professionalism from the stores we spend our dollars in, that sometimes isn't always the case. I've never had any unreasonable problems with this store or it's team members, but Bob really went above and beyond during my last visit and that shouldn't go unnoticed.

I bought an Abu Garcia rod and reel here. When I got home I found the eye on the tip of the rod was missing the insert. I called and the manager told me to bring it in and exchange it. They gave me an upgraded rod for replacement. The Manager and all the staff were apologetic, friendly and courteous. I will definately go back. Great service.

Went in for new kick boxing gloves. Spoke to associate Chris, he was awesome!!!! Very helpful. The gloves they sell are to big and he knew it. Told me to keep mine and he still solve the weight issue. So HAPPY he took out so much time to help me!!!

The buy online curb side pick up is perfect! I didn’t realize the store opened at 10am on Sunday and not 9am and I was still able to get my order thank you so much I really appreciate the employee that brought my order to me!! :)

Just stopped in to check out some golf clubs ran into a sales associate name was Bernie was very helpful. Was short on time but felt very comfortable talking to him. Will be returning at a later date to get some new clubs. In closing I might add Bernie I'd a assist to your organization.

I bought a Olympic bar and some weight plates from this location not too long ago. The staff was very courteous. Alakeisha was very helpful. 10/10

Had to pick up some futbol shin guards for my seven-year-old, received great help from one of the team members on finding the perfect ones. The staff at this location are the perfect example of excellent customer service.

I went in to look for cleats. I had no ideal that every sport had its own cleats. The shoe rep (sorry, did not catch his name) was very helpful he took the time to measure my childs foot and scanned every shoe to check for sizes and still looked in the back when his device said it wasnt there. Online shopping is great but sometimes you cant beat that personal attention I will be back Thanks Dick's.
