AT&T Store

Thank You AT&T for a Customer Service Representative named Brendon at The Dartmouth MA Location - As I walked in the door. He greeted me with a magnificent smile. I mentioned to Brandon I was in need of a new phone because my phone had fallen into my Jacuzzi. He offered me a seat at the table. As he brought up my account on a large sheet of paper he made me aware of everything I was eligible for. He was kind, knowledgeably smart with a great sense of humor and made me feel very comfortable. I was impressed with Brendon’s explanation and itemization as to what my bill would look like after everything was said and done.
It was a Joy to be in Brendon’s presence because he exceeds in the Customer & Sales Category’s. I would highly recommend my friends & family to the Dartmouth Phone Center Store.

While I did wait less than 5 minutes for a rep, several other people came in during the set up of our new device. I watched 4 other associates refuse to help more than two other sets of customers. While Ryan, the associate I was working with got more and more pressured to finish up with us quickly.

He was really great to work with, however seeing the other associates completely ignore the other customers was disheartening to say the least.

Hopefully they can improve the team building to improve in the future.

Dartmouth, Massachusetts AT&T store is a great place for great customer service rarely seen in our post-pandemic world. Ryan in particular goes above and beyond and is an excellent representative for the brand.

His name is Matt and if I have to go to that store again I would certainly ask for him to help me again. He made my visit to the store a pleasant experience. Brendan and Phillip (Manager) were very helpful after I received an almost $500 bill due to a billing error. They walked me through the process of fixing it and helped me every step of the way. I walked out of there with my problem completely solved and then some. I highly recommend seeking out these two for any problem you may have.

Matt was great with my Father and I. We came in at 9:00a.m on Saturday the 14th 2022. Matt was so helpful he took a lot of time with my father and was able to explain it as easy as possible to an older person who didn’t fully understand the whole internet process. He went above and beyond and was extremely helpful. He also had a manager named Phillip come over and was also extremely helpful and professional. I will be sending anyone who needs any phones our satellite service to you guys in the future. It was a laid back easy process and we are both very satisfied with the service and experience of your employees.

I've had AT&T mobile service for a bit over nine years when we returned to the States after 14 years overseas. At that time I never set up my voicemail. I finally terminated my other phone service this year and at the same time moved from CT to MA. During the course of my time with AT&T I've had various phones, all SIM card based. It was time to setup voicemail and needless to say, doing so was not possible so I booked an appointment with my local shop in Dartmouth, MA. Philip handled my case and after an hour of time, mainly online and on the phone with AT&T, managed to get the voicemail setup. He was knowledgeable, patient and got the job done. Highly recommended!

Kevan was an amazing associate! I was looking for a better service plan that fit my budget and he was able to give me the best and provide all the benefits at&t has to offer! I switched plans, got new phones, and left with accessories all in one day with everything set up! It was awesome service!

I came with a few concerns about my cell phone. These lovely ladies Jane & Michelle took care of me. Answered every single one of questions & even set up my new device. They stood till after close to make sure I was allset & good to go. The general manager was awesome & very accommodating.This is now my go to spot for any issues involving my device & or accessories. Thank you ladies for the great experience.

Service was super!!! I don't remember her name however she was a Lil petite white girl her customer service was over and beyond. She explained everything down to the wire so you could understand. I hope she continued being the great service representative she is and @at&t she's supervisor material PROMOTE HER PLEASE!!!!!

My boyfriend and I came in for pricing on getting a plan together and we worked with Ryan. He was super helpful and full of information. He made our experience feel personal and catered to our needs. He made sure we received everything we were looking for and made our experience so welcoming! We are very happy to now be AT&at customers :)

I went in today and was seen by Ryan, he was the best. He helped me out told me everything I needed to know about my phone and more. I definitely recommend talking to him and going to AT&T. LOVE IT THERE. Everyone was kind I was greeted when I got there, with everything going on in today's world everyone was just so kind. I had so many questions about my new phone and Ryan was so patient with me he was wonderful, he went over all of it for me. I may have even asked a couple of questions a few times but he was awesome he answered all of them. We love AT&T in Dartmouth! Charles F. was great! He was professional and knowledgeable. Zach helped us out as well! He was able to get us everything we wanted and was very thorough in explaining everything. John recently joined their team and we had the pleasure of working with him as well! These guys were great! Not only will we be referring our friend and family, but we will definitely return for any other mobile/electronic needs!

I’ve received great customer service from Cameron. He was very helpful and showed concern about my bill issue. He made sure to call the next day and leave a voicemail of how to serve my needs. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend him to service anyone, thank you

I went in with a couple of questions about how to transfer my data from one phone to another, and the young man Ryan was super helpful. He showed me everything I had to do, and helped me along the process of transitioning to my new phone. Came in confused and frustrated and left happy. I definitely recommend the store literally just because of the folks working there!!

Huge thanks to Ryan for A-plus service! He helped us upgrade our plan, knowledgeably answered our numerous questions, and set up a new phone with all the accessories. This location has free parking and was not overcrowded. We will definitely return when we need any further upgrades or products.
