Country Fair - East Lake & Sanford

Kim is the best manger ever working here since 1989 it seems...they keep a good set of employees operating this store highly recommend for urban & yet unique erie experience #cofair

This is a notoriously small location and although it is wheelchair Accesible there are “land mines “ obstacles in almost every aisle that in some cases require you to back out of the aisle ( I once took out like 30 12 packs and 5 or 6 didn’t survive , it wasn’t intentional , I am a “legendary” wheelman but even I can’t navigate some obstacles . There are two ramps the rear one is blocked by an ice machine , the front side ramp does give access to both front and side doors . When entering the store the first obstacle is the hand shopping baskets you can’t miss them . The charm of this store is it is one of the “original stores”having been converted from another business , it recently got some new flooring and new coolers . I also don’t know if it’s only that store or chain wide ,they sell roast beef in deli but no longer make roast beef subs ( over a year now) , there meatball subs are very enjoyable .

If you're going for any kind of prepared or made to order food, you're screwed. Never have anything made and if you want to order something, you'll have to wait for the employee to stop talking to their friends first. Lost my sale today because of it. Can only imagine how many others have done the same. Shouldn't expect any less since it's right down the street from the projects.

Absolutely the worst one in town, if your looking for something warm to eat at lunch they won’t have it they won’t have nothing ready, but they are really good at standing around and talking to each other.

Went in there yesterday and two people working behind the counter were talking with two employees checking out stuff for themselfs and when they were done with them they continued to talk with each other , while a line of people were waiting and one was the shift manager. Terrible customer service in the store .

This is one of the worst country fair's I have ever frequented ! The coffee is not maintained nor are the cups ! You have to wait in line to ask some one to refill the cups.....one employee was stocking candy and was just too busy with the candy to speak to me or address the fact that they had a line at the register. I spoke to the assistant manager and she did apologize but the current manager who is on vacation, does a great job but with her out......yikes it is terrible !!

Got some rude that work the cash register sure did call corporate

No hot food ready at lunch time workers are lazy and don't care. Worst co fair in erie.
