This Lowe’s was very organized and easy to navigate. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable.
I’ve gotten drywall and supplies for remodeling an attic, they had everything I needed and great prices.
I bought paint and painting supplies from them and the prices were fair and quality was good!
I shoppe store custom blinds here and they cut them to the size I needed for free. The quality was great and I was so happy with the prices.
I’ve gotten many outdoor and indoor plants and supplies from them and have always been happy. The garden center was up-kept and clean. There were many clearance items and in general they had great prices for pots, soil, and plants. The plant selection is massive and everything was very healthy. I was really impressed with this location and will shop again.
Overall, this is a great location and I’m very impressed with the options, service, and prices.

I went on 3/4 and picked up flooring for a remodel that we are doing in my house. We worked with a younger gentleman named Joseph and he was very helpful. We felt that he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was quick to help us. We will be shopping here again.

We recently had our entire kitchen redone. The five stars are SPECIFICALLY for John in kitchen design. He was PHENOMENAL! He spent hours—and I mean hours upon hours designing our kitchen. Every single inch, every single piece of trim, every single cabinet placement he helped us with. He was remarkable —and deserves SO much of the credit for us purchasing there. We were very skeptical. But our expectations were blown away!! There was a problem with one of the cabinets—john took care of it. We had an issue with something needing ordered after they came in—John took care of it. Had a question about the sink—John took care of it.
We did use our own contractor (not the Lowes subcontractor), but John was excellent with the communication there too! He met with our contractor, reviewed the order and layout with him—the guy deserves a raise. He is going WAY beyond expectations and we would NOT have used Lowes if it wasn’t for him.

Came here to get something for my husband for Christmas! I looked online to see if they had the item, and they did, and they even listed the isle it was in, which made it super easy to stop by and get! The place was great, all decked up for Christmas, clean and easy to find items, which is important, for someone like me, who doesn't really shop at stores like this!

The assistant manager Allison helped me with a problem I had with two bathroom vanities I ordered.I appreciate that she listened to what had happened and understood why I was upset. She was very helpful and professional.

Went there with my Son and Grandson. He was looking for more Christmas lights to add to his Property. That way the lights would move to the Christmas music. That was in Philadelphia Pa.
Loved going there they had a lot of lights.

Olivia in the garden center is Spectacular!!!! Just STELLAR service! She hauled my 900 pound Mulch into my truck instantly with a smile . Give her a raise Immediately. 10/10 Service. Just Wonderful. :))🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺

Went there with my mom looking for bathroom vanities and countertops and fixtures. Completely lost in the bathroom isle, Patrick from the plumbing and electrical came to our rescue! He answered all of our questions and even gave us some helpful suggestions to help up shop and save! Thank you Patrick for helping these 2 lost girls!!

I received excellent customer service from Rachael on a very challenging return. Specifically, she was positive, friendly, smart, and tenacious and was able to successfully return all of my items. Huge thanks Rachael! It was a pleasure getting your help!!

Staff was working hard even though there were not many customers. Store was very clean and well stocked.

Great, looking for packing materials, went to customer service, an associate said to me,hear follow me I know where you want to be.
Navigating through the store he brought me to the moving and packing Isle. There I was able to grab my supplies head back up to check out, not real happy about the self-checkout, but it seems to be the thing these days. If not for that gentleman who walk me to the isles on that day I was there to find my packing material I would have only given this door 4 stars. Leave for the fact that they don't have open registers and they rely mainly on the customer ringing their self out.

Was way cooler inside than Home Depot. Did not feel like passing out.

Lowe's has really improved their stores.
New lighting, really makes the store look great.
They have alot of things on sale.
They really do a great job.

The best location in the area for plants, lumber, tools, paint, and home repair/ improvement items. Lines can be long, but the associates are knowledgeable.

I was at the Pottstown Lowe's on 8/22/22. I was looking for a corner guard (plastic angle to protect the corner of a wall) and couldn't find it. There was an older gentleman with a camo vest (veteran) named Don who went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. He exemplifies what a thoughtful employee should do when helping customers; and he is a veteran who served our country. I hope the store manager reads this and appreciates what a conscientious employee he has working at that store.

The Lowes in the previous area I lived in Delaware had 4 Lowes locations that I frequented. Three out of the four were managed by tyrants. They would absolutely not accept a State-issued Veterans Identification card, which are bonified and verified by the state government. The Lowes that I visited today had a entirely different kind of employee working there. They were happy. They were friendly. They had a desire to help the customer. AND they were flexible enough to accept my state-issued identification card with a smile. That made my day.

What can I say about Lowes I love the store.

Update, my son and I went to Lowe's today to pick up an order that my wife had called in. We went to customer service to pick it up, and Jenn the woman behind the counter asked me if I had the order number. I asked her if she could look it up by name which they have done before. Home depot even does that, she said no she can't and needed the order number. I called my wife and got the order number. Since I didn't have a pen or paper to write it down. I asked Jenn if she was ready to take it, this is where Jenn who works the customer service desk just shook her head like I was bothering her. I said don't shake your head at me because you now have to do your job. She said she didn't shake her head, guess I was seeing things at three feet away from me. She then asked to talk to my wife to see if I was the right person to pick up the order that I understand. The gentleman who was standing next to me said the order is ready and waiting outside, they loaded my truck and we were on our way.

I strongly believe if you don't like your job at the customer service desk and don't treat the customer's with respect and have at the very least some social skills with dealing with customers, you really should be in another position because some customers will write reviews and mention to their friends and family to go to Home Depot instead of the other store. My son learned a lesson today, IF YOU DON'T LIKE PEOPLE DON'T WORK AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK. Home Depot has never treated me like this, and Lowe's won't ever treat me and my son like this again.

I just want to thank Sarah for helping me today. My husband and I drove some distance to get a very specific utility sink cabinet combo. The website said 2 were in stock, but we only saw one which was a return with items missing. We asked 2 other associates who explained why the website could be wrong. Sarah made it her mission to find it. She spotted it up on the very top shelf behind another item, got on a lift, and got it down for us. She has no idea how much frustration she saved us. Thanks again Sarah! Lowe’s is very lucky to have her. These 5 stars because of Sarah.
