Servers were great very friendly and accomodating.breanna and shyheem were very patient with me.since i didnt know what i wanted.

Lou the manager was outstanding the staff there was great apply for a job hoping to get a job but the atmosphere was outstanding the people they were great they are very friendly to other people looks like a great place to work

Previously, 4 months ago, I left a scathing review of this place. Needless to say, my experience was beyond horrible for a number of reasons. However, I have since deleted that review in favor of this one. This Wendy's has since Seen The Light!!! What a wonderful transformation that has taken place here. I Door Dash and regularly frequent this place for pickups. It has changed completely for the better. The entire management and crew now seem to genuinely care about the level of customer service, accuracy of orders and most importantly, us, the customers and delivery partners! Thank you. A special kudos to the gentleman at the front counter, (I think his name is Charles.) You will definitely know him by his booming voice and welcoming demeanor. This man knows how to work the front counter and take care of HIS customers. To the owner, this entire crew needs to be kept on board and compensated for their competence and level of care. Way to go guys and gals!

Was good and now I'm pescetarian. Make a beyond burger for vegetarians :(

I came in at 11:50pm on Monday night, ten minutes before close, and I was still taken care of with an exceptional level of customer service. I know I would have been annoyed if It was me finishing my shift and trying to close the restaurant late at night. These employees however seemed happy to serve me, and did so with a high level of professionalism and respect! The nicest of nice people! They should be rewarded 💕

Most of my experiences here have been positive. The drive-thru staff are friendly and helpful. Anytime I have a question about the menu, they do their best to give me a thoughtful answer.

I'm usually on my way home, so I haven't gone inside yet. Just drive thru.

The drive-thru line looked very long but the staff was very efficient at trimming it down quick. Ordered a single and a junior cheeseburger both were delicious and freshly cooked. Prices are amazing as always at Wendy's for Quality usually one of the best. Not like going to McDonald's and getting a dried out burger we're going to Burger King and paying $9 for one. Been going to Wendy's about once a week lately especially this location. Great staff always get my food order right and friendly at the window when giving me my food and change. Thanks greatstaff!

I always order the double bourbon burger meal with baconator fries or chili fries and it's is always delicious. Delivered pretty quickly also. 👌 definitely give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Recently we have not had luck anytime we have stopped for fast food at different restaurants around the area. However tonight we hit the drive through at the Wendy’s on shoemaker rd. And had really impressive service. I’m not a fast food junky but since the pandemic, service has went out the window… understandably so, but it was really pleasant to have great service. The gentleman at the window really did a great job!

Ok, look. We placed an order online for dinner to pick up in the store. When we arrived we saw that the drive thru was backed up forever. I went inside and saw my order upon the board along with 5 door dash orders and 2 in store orders. You would expect, being slammed like that, that the staff inside would be tense and stressed.

But then there is Chuck. My man Chuck is a primo expeditor. He was rocking the board, getting the food, calling out for fries and drinks and just killing it. And not just that, his attitude was super positive and generally cheerful and good natured. Nothing phased him. Folks asking where there orders were. "Hey, yeah. Got it right here. Sorry about the wait." Nothing through him.

I don't care really about the food or the experience. Chuck is the man that got you this 5 star review. He's worth it all and, honestly, if I were his manager, I'd double his salary.

Wow. I have to say this. I'm fond of the Wendy's chain in general. Some are better or worse than others. This location here on route 100 served me the single best product I have ever had from Wendy's period and I'm going to say from any similar fast food chain. The baconator sandwich and the pub fries were just the best. They made my face happy which is the gauge I use for foods. Anyway a great stop if you're in a mood for fast food and you're in the area go there it's great.

Came just before closing, so service was a bit slow. They appeared understaffed. But the food was hot, fresh, and right and the young man who waited on us was courteous.

Food is always hot and fresh. Nice selection of items to choose from the menu means you'll come back for another visit. Staff is always polite and courteous whether you dine in or order through the drive-thru window. Best "fast food" burgers in the area.

Everything was fine. Above average Wendy's experience. Service was good.

I saw bad reviews on Yelp and wanted to say the service and restaurant was great. No wait and food was fast and ready to order. Loved the new touch less soda machine

Went to Wendy's to try the Strawberry Frosty. It was good, if you like strawberries you will like this Frosty. It's kinda like a soft serve ice cream.

The day I was there. I was provided beyond what I would call five star service. It Changed my day. The food was quick hot and Wendy's status. But the service was remarkable. Thank you Tawanna. You were an example.

They were on point. First time I ever went to a Wendy’s and didn’t have to remind them about my sauces. Everything was in the bag and all with friendly service.

This is a breakfast review! Let me start off that their breakfast has yet to disappoint me. I’m pregnant and just love it. Especially the Baconator Breakfast Sandwich. My fiancé also loves their coffee, and in his opinion it’s the best coffee he has had out of McDonald’s, Wawa, and Dunkin. Also they are the only place still selling sugar cookies which are also amazing! Recommend their breakfast!
