Morgantown Coffee House

Made a quick pit stop at Morgantown Coffee House on our way to the PA turnpike to fuel up on caffeine and snacks to prepare for our 5-hour drive to Pittsburgh.

The inside is beautiful. (Modern/rustic/shabby-chic vibes).

The coffee was really good and the breakfast sandwiches we got were good too. My only complaint is that the bread was too thick for the egg/meat/cheese ratio.

Overall, really neat spot to check out for some coffee and a bite to eat.

Adorable little coffee shop. We did my sisters baby shower here - great for that kind of thing. Also just delightful to stop by and grab coffee. Their breakfast sandwiches are killer. Overall it’s a bit pricey but the quality is great and supporting small business.

Don’t forget to sign up for their rewards program. You get money off when you give your phone number.

They forgot to put in our order we waited patiently for almost an hour, only to realize that people that came in later than us got their food First. We ended up taking it to go. We were offered the chocolate brownie cookies for waiting which were amazing

Best coffee shop in the area, and every food item I have tried has been excellent. Last visit, I tried the Hopped Cold Brew and I was pleasantly surprised and would get it again.

To top things off, the staff is very friendly and Great to work with.

Update 02/16/2019 - I've been stopping by for breakfast regularly and just want to highlight that their breakfast menu is excellent. Not to mention that the quality of food you get is an incredible value . So thankful that we have this shop in the community!

Definitely worth the trip! Local travelers, scenic drivers, or exit the turnpike, MCH is a great place for coffee, grab a bite to eat and relax. Everyone is super nice and the food is freshly prepared and delicious. My favorite is the BLT with over-easy egg inside and side of greens. Is it breakfast or lunch? who cares? Fresh baked bread, slightly thick bacon cooked just right, crispy greens, perfect tomato.. Outstanding! Also, the seasonal peach ice tea is fantastic!

Cute coffeeshop with a modern yet rustic charm. While the chilaquiles hash was a little too salty, the coffee was fantastic. Great place to gather with friends or read a book. They also have outdoor seating available.

EXCELLENT fresh cooked breakfast enjoyed, coffee was GREAT and we picked up some Valentines cookies for the great staff at Impact Phyiscal Therpy. Everyone enjoyed them. 😉 The fresh baked muffins were 😋
We will be back! Give this Coffee House a try. You will LOVE it.

Great place!

They have gluten free options, use sourdough bread, locally sourced eggs, meats, cheeses, fruits, and vegetables. Their coffee beans are high quality(no mold!)and they use duck fat for their potatoes.(love that it’s seed oil free!) 🙌🏻

local chorizo, black beans, tortilla strips, salsa verde, duck fat potatoes, local eggs, PA cheddar

Staff are friendly and atmosphere is nice. If you’re ever in the area, stop in! It’s a great place for brunch.

Ambiance and art corner are quite nice. The people working were very friendly and helpful. The BLTs we got were an impressive portion, all fresh ingredients. Bacon just slightly chewy but flavor was great. Was a sweet out of town experience.

I come here almost every weekend for breakfast. Its a far drive for me, but soooo worth it. The food is always amazing no matter what I get, so when I needed a place to hold a bridal shower my first thought was Morgantown Coffee House. I was blown away with how willing they were to work with me on what I wanted. I wanted a tea theme and they went the extra mile to make it happen, even purchasing ecclectic tea pots to match my decor. The manager Katie and Chef Kate made every detail absolutely perfect. The food was outstanding and they catered to all of my guests needs. Can you please add those smoked salmon cucumber sandwiches to your everyday menu?? All of my guests told me over and over how it was one of the best showers they ever attended and MCH is truly to thank for that.

This place was very cute and modern. Nice little place to catch up with friends while eating some amazing breakfast. The food tasted sophisticated but the atmosphere was inviting.

Our first stop here after driving by many times. Do yourself a favor and stop in. This breakfast was amazing. The vanilla bean pear butter on the pancakes was heavenly. Then the pork belly was perfectly cooked and full of amazing flavor. The omelet was made with lamb sausage, onions, cheese, and was just melt in your mouth delicious. We both got Americano drinks which was well made with excellent flavor and no bitterness. We will return. The staff are all friendly and upbeat. The atmosphere is charming. Do not drive by this place if you are in the area, it is a must stop.

The company (Sheds Unlimited) I work for recently moved to Morgantown, so my wife and I decided to give this place a try. We had lunch here and enjoyed the classic BLT and turkey club sandwiches. They sound like normal sandwiches but they’ve taken them and added ingredients to them. They are a bit exotic. So is the fall lemonade mocktail (cinnamon, honey, and soda). There are not many restaurants or coffee shops in Morgantown, but I will be back here many more times!

Today was my bridal shower at the Morgantown Coffee House. I can not begin to say how perfect of an event this was. The coffee house staff was beyond phenomenal. They graciously hosted, served and cleaned after the group which allowed for an amazing experience. Thank for a beautiful day!

We met my brother from the Philly area and enjoyed a late lunch early dinner! Everything we ate was so flavorful and fresh! We shared our meals so we got to taste the Figgy Melt, Bahn Mi, and Meat Lovers Hash. We also ordered a side of duck potatoes. Would definitely eat here again when we come in to visit!

Seriously the best food in the area. I HIGHLY recommend their bagels. I wish I could give them more stars.

This place is fantastic! Gluten free folks will also love the gluten free options available! This is truly one of the best coffeehouses I have ever acquainted. The coffee is excellent and the food is delicious! As someone who is quite busy, nearly all of the time, I make sure to make the time to get to the MCH! Do not miss out on the First Friday burger night on the first Friday of each month!

LOVED this place! The staff were so lovely and so welcoming! My family and I had recently gone to a different place for breakfast and the staff were so rude to us so we walked out and luckily found this gorgeous little coffee house! So glad we found it! The breakfast was delicious, the coffee was splendid and the staff were just so nice! It's hard to see this place from the road but 100% worth a trip! Next time I'm in the USA I will be back for more pancakes! :D
