Arby's

Tisha (I pray I spelled it right) is amazing! This is definitely not our first time at Arby’s and the last few times we have gone through the drive through she has been there to assist us with our order. She is absolutely amazing and provides exceptional customer service even before you get to the window you can sense it through the drive through intercom! No matter how busy they are she greets you with a reassuring smile and rolls with the punches! The service was great and our food was as usual awesome!

I had never ever been to Arby’s before, but for a 1st time experience, Im definitely coming back to this specific Arby’s. Yes the food was great but whats definitely bringing us back to this location is because the employee name Latisha delivered me and my husband ONE OF THE BEST CUSTOMERS SERVICE. She was polite, patient, efficient, smiled under her mask, offered us a meal & the most happiest person I’ve ever met. Well Done Latisha!!!! She deserves a raise!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I'm still impressed at the changes with this location. It is probably my favorite Arby's I've been too. Well done to management and the team for turning this place around so much and so completely

Update 4/9/23 (5 months later):
Wow! Wow! Wow!!!!! From what I experienced last time to today is a night and day difference. The new team has done an amazing job turning the location around. In fact, I even say this is the best Arby's I have ever been to in my life. The food is perfectly cooked, the team is enjoyable and helpful. The standards are meet exceeded and should be the expectation for other places.
In fact, the family food critic, our 4 year old, says they are the best chicken nuggets!

Thanks for working so hard to make a good experience for my family.

Most disgusting fast food experience of my life. No one was at the counter when we came in and the drive thru cashier was standing at the food station talking with the cook. Turned around and looked at us and the other people that showed up after us then turned back to her conversation without acknowledging us. We finally were helped after about 10 minutes standing at the counter. The food was decent but trash was everywhere, fries on the ground on both sides of the counter. Sauces were empty, water was overflowing the soda machine and leaking out of it. One table was clean in the entire place. Going back to the drive thru cashier... If you have time to lean you have time to clean. Also, The garbage was full in the bathroom. We prayed we wouldn't get food poisoning.

Pretty good for an Arby's. I've been here a few times in the last 10 years and it's always been good. I've usually eaten inside and I'm glad they actually have indoor seating still with covid. Have good selection of diet soda. Never had a problem with the food or service. Clean bathroom

Love their turkey bacon ranch sandwich minus the bacon and crinkle fries

After my Wendy's debacle this was my go to, just remember that they have the MEATS, enjoy

Food was exactly as expected for your typical Arby's fast-food fare. What really stuck out out about this location was the staff. Drive through was very busy and inside, the staff was apologetic for delays, but they didn't need to be! Ran like a well-oiled machine and their supervisor/manager was calling the shots (like a boss!) . Can't remember names, but whoever was working the late shift on July 21, 2023 deserves a raise. Fast food the way it was intended!

Had one of the best experiences since Covid shut everything down. Good customer service is really hard to find, but Tisha was at the drive-thru. She was amazing!!! Was patient and kind while we were ordering, greeted us with a genuine smile when we pulled up, food came out fast, and left with a smile! Tisha made all the difference and deserves to be commended for her excellence! Tisha should train everyone how customer service is done!

The manager is incredibly friendly and pleasant to the staff. When a fast food place can keep the same employees for years it's not so much the corporation or the owners since they rarely go into these places, it's the managers keeping a positive work environment. This is the only Arby's i will go to .. keep up the great work guys!

Filthy!!!!

Saw many people complaining about the mess and all we were told was they were "short staffed". More like incompetent staff. They were all talking in the back...could have easily sent someone to clean up.

Disgusting experience.

Good food, Good service. Expect to have to wait a little longer. With all of the fast food places being understaffed, this place is as well. The staff is doing a great job regardless though!

Really good fast food , if this is the taste you are looking for. We ordered the roast beef sandwich and it was very good and messy.
The drive thru was very fast even with a line of 5 or 6 cars. My order for 4 people had no mistakes.

Being the only Arby's left with in 10 or more miles it has become a treat for me an the family to go for dinner on certain shopping nights ... The food is as fast as they can get it to you ... May have only had 1 or 2 problems with order in years ... Always very quick an decent to fix ... And their dinner manager or shift supervisor is an amazing women always sweet friendly an smiling an even when I forget something have asked at the window on the drive threw if I can add something an is always willing to help an doesn't have a problem doing it ... The food never tastes old always looks good ... Just wish I could get them to put horsey sauce on when in the drive thru

OMG, HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES I HAD @ AN ARBY'S!! I have an Arby's frm my hometown (Erie; E.38/Pine) dat has the most AMAZIN STAFF & FOOD ive EVER encountered at an Arby's!! However Arby's is on a roll wit me bcuz im still new to Pottstown and went to their Arby's on Showmaker and they absolutely blew me away!! The cashier, Ms Autumn, was so sweet, kind, and very helpful frm the moment i encountered her!! My 3yr old LOVES their crinkle cut fries (w/ranch lol) and i always ask kindly if i can please get a large one fresh, and i always tell them i dont mind waiting bcuz i understand fresh takes time and i dont mind waiting especially for my babies!! Mr Keith was so amazingly wonderful enuff wit no hesitation to make dem but his overall demeanor was so friendly wit a smile on his face!! The manager on duty, Ms Tinniah, set a great example, she was wonderful as well & has an amazing crew!! My food was GREAT, hot & fresh, but as i always say AMAZING PEOPLE & SERVICE is wat means so much to me bcuz DATS wat makes u wanna keep goin back!! Im so thankful to everyone there and appreciate them!! GOD Bless & thank u all!!🙏💜🙏😊

Convenient. Delicious roast beef. I got my order before the cashier gave me my change...talk about fast, that's just incredible.

The roast beef sandwich is good! 4 stars for having to wait. One girl running both the counter and the drive-through.

The crispy chicken sandwich was a delightful surprise. Crispy, as advertised, hot, a bit tangy with whatever sauce they put on there. Drive thru service was bit slower than expected, but not a deal-breaker. Try the curly fries - tangy, different than their competitors.

Just had a fantastic experience here. The manager was an absolutely pleasant and helpful woman, who made ordering and pickup in the drivethru a very pleasant experience. Bravo for fantastic customer service by her!!

Great Fast experience in the drive thru. I believe the woman who helped us was Latisha and she was super nice and got us in and out super fast. She was multitasking and had a great attitude, greeted us with so much positive energy and a beautiful smile. Even with a longer line it was moving. I would definitely recommend this location!
