All the employees were helpful and polite when I went in today. They provided some great advise on which parts to get and helped advise on how to install them. There was a disruptive customer in the store that they handled so calmly and professionally that the rest of us weren't deterred from continuing our shopping. Great team at this site.

Extraordinary customer service.. Athena’s phone etiquette was first class. She was very friendly, helpful and all parts were ready upon pick up. Upon arrival, I was greeted and offered immediate assistance by the young men working behind the counter. The were attentive to me, assured the accuracy of my order ad willing replaced windshield wiper ( in the rain) without hesitation and offered a kind parting gesture. Great job and thank you for being so kind and welcoming.

The employee was very helpful and found the part for me at another nearby location and gave me a receipt with the part number on it so the second stop was very quick and easy. Very appreciative for making it easier on me to get my car fixed fast as possible.
Second visit employee was very helpful and helped me get and extra part that was part of a deal that I didn't know about instead of just ringing me up and not mentioning it so thanks again

Always Friendly and Helpful! My first stop for parts. They hold parts call to see if its elsewhere help you find stuff, what else do you want? I've been here probably like 75 times over the last 10 years. Im sure some Trolls will say stuff dumb stuff so let them troll!

This is one of the best experiences I’ve had at any car places in CA. Alex R helped me change my battery (which was not simple, there’s no way I couldnt have done it without him or the tools) and I was in dire need bc if I turned my car off I needed a jump start and I was 45 minutes away from home.. his is 10/10 an amazing employee !!!
