The bakery donuts are as good as a donut shop. They even had fruity pebbles donuts and only $1.29. This bakery is definitely raising the bar for safeway. Great job, baker's.

We made a late night stop for snacks after landing at Oakland International and the staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of selections and the store was clean.

I ordered a farewell cake for my girlfriend and I just loved how the cake turned out. I ordered a chocolate cream with white bread and custard. Very delicious and the design of the flowers were perfect. My girlfriend loved it!!!!

I had anticipated total chaos when my wife asked me to go to Safeway for vanilla. It was Christmas Eve so there was no shortage of people. I luckily found a parking spot near the front of the store. When I entered the store there was indeed chaos however. It was a controlled environment. I found the vanilla right away and soon found my way into the Express lane. Four people later I was being rung up and handed my receipt. I was wished a Merry Christmas by the friendly cashier and was on my way within 15 minutes of arriving. Best experience ever.

Wow! The Safeway in Pleasant Hill is the biggest one that ever been in! The shelves were I would say where about 98% full. The store was very well kept, nice and clean. Check out was easy and staff appears to be very professional and courteous

Service is great. The people make this Safeway a very community oriented store by hiring locally! Sometimes the check out lines are a little lengthy but that's expected and acceptable around 5PM when everyone gets off work.

There were NO lines! Their paper goods aisle actually had items on it...everything else was well stocked, at least what we were looking for. Employees were happy shiny people!

Pharmacy crew are awesome and have great customer service! Nelia in the grocery dept has great customer service and is awesome.

Safeway is always reliable, with great customer service and a wide variety of products. It is a bit more expensive than Winco, but the Safeway produce section is large and has a decent selection of organic produce. It is one of the businesses like McDonald's, where no matter where you are, you know that the product will be consistent and the employees friendly and professional. The one in Pittsburg is smaller and older than the one in Brentwood, and is often very crowded with lubes of 5 to 7 carts, but it moves quickly and the checkers are always happy. I am not sure how they keep them so happy.

I use Safeway pharmacy because they are the best! Just like all the other staff, I feel like I matter and my health and overall well-being is important to them. Thank you 😊

This Safeway is located at 660 Bailey Road in Baypoint Ca, with so many stores out of stock during these trying times, I was blessed to stop at this Safeway, it was well stocked and only a few items out of stock. everything was well organized, it was such a blessing and I was able to purchase what I needed.

Called Safeway Customer Service and asked about breakfast sandwiches at Starbucks and it was a yes! Went to Starbucks and the coffee was great, good service, fast & efficient. I will come here from.now on!
