Always a great place to stop by and get something to drink and eat.

I mobile ordered at this location. The manager said they were running 15 behind on drinks. They were slammed in there with orders. The manager was firendly and very apologetic. He then walked around and gave everyone waiting $4 couple for our next drinks for the inconvenience. I thought that was so thoughtful. Stuff happens sometimes and this was definitely not needed but he did anyways. He handled angry customers well and made sure he always had a smile on his face. I wanted to make sure he was acknowledged for his composer and professionalism. 100% would recommend. Drink and food was also great!

Excellent Starbucks! The coffee tastes amazing. They obviously clean the coffee makers on a regular basis.

The manager and crew here this morning on 2/2/22 go above and beyond! True example of leadership and teamwork! I ordered a venti iced brown sugar oat milk latte while waiting for a call while working on the ambulance. Service was fantastic with a busy crowd! Keep it up y’all!

They were??? The best people to ever help you. I would go in there like 5 times a week. Different times to see which shift was the worst. But to be truthful they were all great. I believ in starbucks thats why I believe in them I saw the proof so. Its whatever but I did it and still had the best and kindest people helping me. More to come.

Great place to go for a refreshing drink!
Kudos for the personnel at this location. I had to stop to ask if this was the right location where I had placed an online order for pick up.
After checking the order they advised that the order was placed to be picked up at other location, which was about 10 minutes away, driving time.
So, the lady in charged offered to serve the drink ordered so no need to go to the other location to get it.
They were very cordial and helpful. Excellent customer service. I have order few times before at this location from the Mobil app and they have always been rock stars!
I will recommend to anyone who drives by or if you are close to this location to request your online orders here!
You will not regret it.......they know what a customer service is.

Outside of the great service I always receive at the store on California ave..today was truly remarkable! The car in front of me took care of my order! The employee couldn't advise on a reason however it was a true act of kindness! I will be paying it forward on my morning visit tomorrow! #trueactsofkindness

Quick service and a little extra touch of kindness

I did not frequent this Starbucks because I have to get off the freeway and back on. But the other day I stopped and the lady was so nice I stopped again this morning. Again, they were so nice! It might be my last minute go to now. Whomever it was that recommended the pumpkin foam, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I wish you could order it on the app. It is sooooo good.

Quick most days, very friendly staff. Sometimes a bit too much heavy cream when asking for "just a splash" was suggested to ask for a "light splash" and have been happy since

Murder was made correctly and very quickly as well. They did have a drive-thru And the staff was friendly enough to make me feel welcome and didn't try to take all my time with long conversations.

I needed directions to a certain business in town and they made sure that I was confident in getting to where I needed to be before they let me go and their directions were accurate and helpful as well

Starbucks was great. My wife and I happen to go to the same 12 days in a row and we were helped by a young lady named pia Both days and her attitude was pleasant and wonderful each time The 2nd day she Inadvertently helped us and ended up introducing my wife to a seasonal latte that my wife really liked. And she don't like coffie.Lol

Due to the pandemic ALLstarbucks store are super busy, I’m a regular at this store because of the staff. I learned to order my drink at least 10 mins before leaving to pick it up & I usually don’t have to wait long. I love the staff here they are all amazing and know me by name ! I don’t Like to single anyone out but ELLIE YOUR AMAZING!

I swear this Starbucks is the epitome of smooth sailing. It looked chaotic from the outside, but inside was like a well lubricated tool. Smoooooooth. Get the cold buster after you get your vaccine. Definitely helps.

Always friendly and willing to help. The drinks are just the way we like them. Regular customers and will continue to be
