Smart Heating and Air Conditioning

My furnace stopped working Monday morning. I called these folks around lunch time on Monday. First thing Tuesday AM Frank was here to get my furnace back working.
In short order he had diagnosed the issues and got started on the repair. My furnace is working good as new now. I went up and took some pictures of the finished product. My 11 year old furnace is cleaner than it was when it was brand new and is running just as good as the day it was installed thanks to Frank.
I know it can be hard to find good contractors. I would certainly call these folks again!

Smart Heating and Air Conditioning was the most professional, friendly, and knowledgeable company I’ve worked with. From our first contact, we felt like we were working with family. Our furnace went out and the techs and installers (Mike & Benny) were all so amazing with keeping us all informed, especially Susie who works in the office. But what really showed me how great this company was, is that they saw our handle to our screen door wasn’t functioning and they were so kind to offer to fix the issue. They fixed it in 5 mins. You don’t see this type of generosity anymore, so we appreciate that! Our furnace and air conditioner were replaced for a great price and we couldn’t be happier. Sam Benny and Mike communicated well and were friendly, helpful and efficient. The other men helping were also great at installation and communication (but don't remember their names) Communication with the office also went smoothly. And my new furnace works well, of course!

We had to upgrade our old furnace and AC so we decided to look around and call a couple companies to come and give us a quote. We decided to go with Smart heating and air, their prices were upfront and fair. We got our systems installed in a very professional manner. All the technicians wore masks, they used foot covers and put down cloths to protect our floors. After they installed they tested both ac and heater to make sure it was working. The cool thing about it is that we can control the temperature with our nest app without getting up with our phone. I love this bc I was always forgetting to turn off our system but now I can do it anywhere. I totally recommend this company. We will use them for any HVAC related concerns.

I called Smart Heating and Air Conditioning for a quote to replace my AC unit. Mike, came out and took his time with the inspection, and also took his time explaining to me everything that needed to be done. The pricing is competitive, but definitely worth the money. The whole install went perfect.

I would like to give a shout out to Sam, the senior technician who came to my home last Saturday (on short notice) to provide a consultation for a furnace and air conditioner replacement. He spent an extended period of time giving full detailed and easy to understand information about how the appliances worked and what would be most appropriate for my needs. Very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.

Appreciated quick response when we needed new heater after the one we had started smoking one evening. Sam, the senior tech/sales lead patiently explained the problem and solution, and set up installation in a couple of days. The techs Benny and Emilio were professional, friendly, neat and efficient. The owner, Mike, even came to assist so that the job could be completed
in one day. It was clear that taking good care of his customers and employees were top priorities.

First, I cannot rave enough about the customer service . They text when they are on the way to your home. They’re quick, efficient and respectful of you & your home. Second, our new heating/cooling system is amazing. No more hot or cold spots. The air flow has improved 100% with their suggestions of how to fix that issue. A regular cleaning & maintenance plan is easy to set up (necessary) and is painless & reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about Mike and his crew. We are so happy!

Emilio was our Service Technician and he couldn't have been better. He diagnosed the problem quickly and even made a special trip back to the shop to get a part he needed. Highly recommended.

Mike was personable, knowledgeable, and professional; he had it up and running within minutes, literally. Our experience with Smart Heating and Air Conditioning was fabulous. Every part of the process was great, from our initial call about our old, dead furnace to the installation. They were very quick to respond, efficient, and professional. We'd spent a week in the cold trying to find a good, reputable service. One was a flake and another company was unresponsive. When we called Smart Heating and Air Conditioning, we got immediate attention and help. They scheduled us for the next day. The technician, Sam, arrived promptly the morning after our call to assess the situation with our 45-year old furnace. As we expected, he recommended replacing it. He offered a very reasonable estimate for the job and was able to schedule the installation for the next morning. He explained what to expect the next day.

The installers, Jose and Emilio, arrived early in the morning. Before they came they texted us (as Sam also had done) and we could track their progress. They were really nice, friendly, professional, and efficient. They laid down mats to protect our floors and got right to work. They completed the installation quickly and unobtrusively, then tested it, showed us the work they did and explained the new furnace. They showed us how to change the filters and left us the manuals for the furnace and the new thermostat.

It was such a pleasure and so refreshing to work with a company that actually provides excellent customer service and friendly, competent, and professional workmanship. I can't overstate how nice and how responsive everyone involved has been. We highly recommended this company.

I had just bought my first house and didn’t realize that this had a 40 year old furnace. It was done and I needed to replace it. Sam came to check on it and let me know of these things. Super knowledgeable as well as he explained everything I asked him about. He told me that he can get some guys to come the next day to replace it. Good deal, great service, and next day install. Sign me up!

Benny and Emilio came the next day and completed everything in 4 hours. They were respectful of my home (put floor covers over everything they walked through), cautious about their noise (I work from home), and overall just genuinely nice people. They answered all my questions and even helped with a couple other things. They went above and beyond. I really appreciated the whole experience.

Sam Hakimi is by far the most professional service person I’ve ever met. He’s professional, polite, thorough and trustworthy. My furnace broke so I called for service. Sam did a full inspection of my furnace and discovered the issue. After the repair, he offered to change my intake filters which I took him up on. He then showed me a full video of the inspection and clearly explained what he did to fix the problem. The cost of the repair was more than reasonable. I’m a very happy customer and highly recommend this company. Thank you, Sam!
