The employees in here really seem like they love their job and it makes the store ambiance feel so welcoming and fun. The store itself is spacious with good inventory and these guys are quick. Not like the other gamestops where a line means a wait

The manager is so nice . The employees are nice too and my son and I love going to this store . They always help us find what we need even if they don’t have it in stock .

I got to say this place has far improved and really well put together store for the location, although I question the safety of customers at times because of locale but I digress. Saia, Cheyenne and Laurainne are very great conversationalist and customer service as soon as you walk in as I have been doing for the past few weeks on different days I was greeted no matter what the volume of customers there are in the store. Its a really great atmosphere to have them there as it does enhance your overall value of service and experience. Even when calling there its always pleasant conversation with general knowledge of the industry. Give these three a raise or a bonus at least with the environment they work in along with the pandemic the company needs to invest on more employees alike as they show exemplary customs and policies above standard. Keep up the great work.

This place is nicely organized and it's easy to walk around. The employees are really nice and always willing to find what you are looking for, even in other stores.

Before I came here I was denied by a GameStop in Pleasant Hill 3 times on 3 different days. This one in Pittsburgh had it all, I went in to trade in my PS4 Slim 1TB. I was greeted by Andre who was very nice and very professional with the entire situation. He even mentioned that he found my membership through my phone number which also got me an extra 7$ on my trade in. Overall my experience at this GameStop and with Andre was excellent. Will be coming back here for the excellent service I received and Thank you again.

This Gamestop is always great. Good stock and the Manager (a tall stoic gentleman) usually goes out of his way to be friendly and chat and see what he and his crew can do to help. They're all very friendly. I wish all the gamestop stores were like this!

Don't try walking in the left door! It's locked! Lol... the Right Door is unlocked though.

Lots of overpriced games (expected) to choose from. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and offered protection on the disc.

The shopping center that this Gamestop is located in is gross but the store itself is well maintained. There were 2 employees working when we went and both were extremely helpful and attentive. The girl working there let us know about the specials that were in place and we went in for 1 game and left with 4 games and 3 shirts. I was so glad that the employees were so knowledgeable and on top of the current specials.

The staff are awesome. They will go in the back and actually check things out for you. Help you pick out, and just all around help you. Real unique people who seem to really like what they do.

The gentleman was very helpful with my return. I was dreading the whole return, but he made it very easy and I was able to exchange the xbox one controller for another one. Great customer service.

The staff knows so much about games and gaming systems that I don't worry if I forgot what I came to get because I know they will help me. It may be a small store but they carry pretty much everything you can get from the bigger ones. If your looking for a game within a certain price range they will tell you can afford as well as help you find games within a specific genre. They also sale funko pops, character tees, keychains, artwork, figurines and more.

Wish I knew the persons name that helped me with my Roblox card I purchased here, but he was so helpful & gave me instructions on who to call & problem was solved. Thanks for good customer service.

Love the store. The staff is super knowledgeable on games and systems and what's hot what's not. Nothing better than having folks that are actually gamers to talk to when at the game store.

Very good dudes who work here. Always keeping me updated and very kind feel like family when I’m in there. Other Game stops eh lol mixed feelings definitely.
