I always go to this location. The people are always well trained and courteous and today was no exception. Misty was great.

I had an IPHONE 7 and went in to upgrade. The two gals working at this location were excellent. They were patient and very friendly and helpful!!!!!

Maria did a wonderful job helping me pick out a new phone and did everything needed for me to have it up and going by the time I left the store.

The staff was amazing to work with!! I will definitely be coming back to that store every time!

This is a great Verizon store! The lady working, fixed my phone and sold my wife and I screen protectors. She was very helpful. If I lived closer, I would go to this store every time I needed service or an upgrade. 👍👍

I went to both other Verizon stores in town and was treated so horrible that we were going to cancel our service; but the gentleman at this location turned it completely around. So nice and helpful. He not only helped us with a new phone, but he talked over ways to improve our bill, put our screen protectors on and got everything completely set up before we left. Every other store needs more staff like him. I will only be going to this one from now on!

Staff is awesome. Every Verizon store charges you twice as much for accessories. Shop elsewhere for those

Amazing customer service. Went in as phone screen cracked and wanted a new phone. Guys were busy but started asking the right questions and found out i needed a business account to save money. Took over 3 hours until 10:30 at night 2.5 hours past closing time, but they did all they could to get it set up. Nash you are awesome and thanks for the help!

Okay y'all, so I don't really review places but this is one that definitely deserves 5 stars. The reps here are super polite and went above and beyond to help me out. I had gone to the corporate store and the reps there were very rude and had an attitude with me. I explained to them my situation with my phone and they just told me they couldn't do anything about it and I needed to get a new one. I told them that I didn't want to get a new phone, and they told me that getting a new phone was the only option and they couldn't help me otherwise. I've never had an experience like that before. I then went to the store down south by the Egg and I, and they were super helpful and they ended up getting my situation fixed! They definetly earned my business and I will continue doing business at this location and I will never step foot in that corporate store ever again. I highly recommend you guys start doing business at this location!

Employees need more training sometimes the wait is to long. There rates are higher when you look at the whole picture it's worth it. Great service I can count on having phone service no matter where I am at. That means a lot. Never have a different cell companie.

Macey was very helpful! My old phone was not cooperating and wouldn't allow us to transfer photos/contacts to my new phone and Macey was very kind and patient and even stayed past closing hours to make sure I got a working phone.

Nobody ever goes into Verizon happy, but the staff at Kearney 2nd always makes my trip pleasurable! Whether you're in the market for a new phone, wanting to save some money, or simply troubleshooting an existing issue, these guys are right there to help you get the most from your device. I don't visit the corporate store because of the long wait times, and it seems like each customer is just a number. At Kearney 2nd, each customer is seen as an individual, most customers are even on a first name basis with the sales reps!
The manager of this store takes the time to train employees to do the best work. I've seen her individualized coaching in real time, and she strives to offer the best customer experience she can. She's making an impact daily on her employees, as well as her customers.
I've never had a bad experience in my time visiting this store, and I can promise I will be a return customer for years to come! THANKS Kearney 2nd!

Every time I go in to this store I receive excellent customer service. They are knowledgeable and fast.

Apparently bad reviews are from before new management, because I always receive top notch customer service, always have all my questions answered, much better than corporate store, very knowledgeable staff.
