If I could add a star for this Home Depot, I would! Kristian was a big help in getting us what we needed, all the while, being genuinely friendly! Trinity helped us in the self check lanes, actually not only helped, but rang up our items with a smile on her face. Thank you both for a nice shipping experience! Way to go Home Depot at El Con!

Start a new project...be inspired! I easily got paint samples mixed by the paint department. A new employee, Shay, was in training at the self check outs but seemed to already know her way around. She gave excellent customer service and a smile to go with it! She was very helpful and on top of her game! Way to go, Home Depot!

Easy to return or exchange with a card purchase or proaccount! Thanks for the exceptional service in customer service and the other areas in the store that I needed supplies.

This is my go to home and fix it store here in Tucson! Excellent. I also found my home plant that cleans my apartment air, too!!

Store Manager Josue was very courteous and solved the issue I had with returning a broken tool. He listened very well, and understood the issue and Immediately made things right. Excellent customer service and managerial skills! Very impressed with this Home Depot and Josue going above and beyond to be professional and standing behind the tools they sell at this store! Mark from the garden section (@ El Con Mall location) stood out and made my Christmas tree shopping experience the best I have had in my many years of buying trees from The Home Depot on Broadway and Pantano. I typically expect some young teens/20's kid sitting in the corner who barely know how to use a chainsaw. I was ever so pleased this year where there was an actual caring employee who was there to ask questions about what I actually wanted and helped me to find the best tree I have ever gotten from Home Depot.

The fact that I called into the H.D. on Pantano to just verify what time they are closing and they said 6:40pm on a Sunday is crazy to me. Who closes at such a random time on such a popular Christmas tree night? Oh yeah young teens/20's year olds. Makes perfect sence now.

I couldn't do the survey online because my code wouldn't work, but Ellen was great. Very knowledgeable on the products I was interested in.

The Christmas tree guys really helped us out and we’re incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Did their job well and full of Christmas spirit.

A hail storm shattered 2 of my skylights. I went to Home Depot El Con to get replacement domes. They don't carry the unusual size I have. Associate Tim Anderson called around for me to one Window Depot and was told they don't have them. Tim then called another Window Depot on 6th Ave and they had the size I needed. Tim did more than required of him and made my replacing the skylights so much quicker and easier. Thank you Tim Anderson for being a truly outstanding, very helpful person.

I'm on my fourth Home Depot to get the tiles that I need for the job, am not complaining but I am surprised they did not had it these 3 locations.

This place is one of my favorites, it is also interesting how some Home Depot’s can carry some items that others never have ,ever! Like I didn’t even know they carried the item hahaha . But yet there in the same town and only a few miles away.

Great store. If one cant find an item,online ordering is an option to consider. The HD consumer shopping app helps out when trying to locate a needed product.

This morning I was able to take a product that no longer worked. Customer service scanned it found out which card I had charged it on and refunded and credit my account which I was very appreciative of. Did buy another product it was a lower bottom water dispenser. Which I'm hoping works as good as the other one and not go out on me before the warranty. The gentleman that helped me was so polite and so helpful I appreciate it this morning so much made my rest of the day thank you again home Depot.
Will continue to be a loyal customer and frequently purchasing items from them at their great prices again thank you.

Great store very knowledgeable employee's who will take you to the correct aisle if you can't find what you're looking for and not just point and send you off on a wild goose chase. Store always clean and well dtocked.

This location tends to have what we need and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Great!! It was late super helpful with an online order, Scott was AMAZING! Best customer service I have ever received from Home Depot. Even though they were closing in 10 minutes they cut my molding and super helpful.

Anthony and Ariel gave wonderful customer service outside. My drywall wouldn't fit in my car so they took the time to cut it it for me and make sure it would still work to repair the walls I was repairing. They were friendly and professional the whole time and I appreciate that so much in these days when everyone is so rushed.

We went to the children's workshop. It was awesome. Free fun for the family and you get a cute little apron and pin to take home with your project.
