Best Buy

Bought my mother in law a back up camera and head unit for Christmas. Made an appointment(a bit of a challenge🙄),showed up, the techs there were absolutely amazing!!! They gave us a time frame and kept to it! Very respectful and helpful showing my elderly mom the ropes! This review is Strictly for the techs working @Wetmore location on 3/14! Just a tip for best buy, get rid of the 1800 numbers , is really a joke🤬thanks guys you rock!

Nice store with a nice selection.
Friendly staff who seem genuinely concerned at providing outstanding customer service.
I've never encountered a problem with the people or the products at Best Buy.

5 stars because of Tyler, one of the managers. Took care of issue promptly which could have been taken care of six weeks ago. (3rd trip to BB re: a Microsoft order. Was really working for 2 a star-review on customer service and Tyler stepped in!)

I was very fortunate to have a salesperson who knew all about the new tv's. He certainly made my shopping experience easy.

The Best Buy associates at this location have been extremely helpful and courteous. This reflects well on the store management. Big thanks to Sean for ensuring we are happy customers. It's why I've kept coming back.

Went Into to best buy Broadway location looking for a sound bar. Long story short, employee Patrick was AMAZING!!! Answered all our questions & let us test out all the sound bars & gave us his honest opinion on everything. Highly recommend Patrick 👌!

There was a price discrepancy on a laptop bag. Two pegs had a label for the same item,one had a sale price, and one had the regular price. When we showed the employee, she wouldn't honor it. We did end up buying the bag through a price match from an employee we bought a monitor from previously. He was extremely helpful. Seems like this store doesn't like to put effort into helping customers. 5 stars is for the guy who had helped us previously.

I had a great experience with outstanding customer service. The associates that helped me were exceptionally knowledgeable on laptop models and the latest technology. I had already researched and knew what I wanted, but they steered me in the right direction and advised me on a few things I hadn't considered.
11/11/2023 Update: Ok, I said the service was outstanding before, but today Dave raised the bar. It was the best Best Buy service ever. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Dave steered us to exactly what we needed, sorting through all the options and finding the best value for the money. Exceptional! A++

Clayton saved our trip!
While travelling, one of our cell phones fell out of our pocket and got run over! Clayton was so patient and helped us figure out which phone would accept our Canadian sim card and even helped us switch it over! Thanks again for being wonderful Clayton!

This is a 5 star even though my Samsung tv didn't work properly after I installed it. My TV remote was DOA out of the box. So we had a 2k device on our wall that did nothing. Samsungs solution was a new remote in 4 to 6 weeks...🤬. Manager Kris S I believe did what he could by giving us a Samsung universal remote to get us up and running the same day. He could have said tough luck deal with Samsung. But he did what was in his power to resolve the issue for his customer. Thank you, Kris, for taking care of your customer!!

Todd from the Best Buy on Wetmore st. was awesome. He was very, very helpful. I was looking for the Meta quest 3 virtual reality bundle. Although his store was out, he looked it up for me and sent me over to another store where they had over 50 sets left. I was able to go over there and get one. Thank you very much, Todd, good job!

Great supply of electronics and appliances at fairly good pricing. Our TV was delivered perfectly and the Surround Sound system was delivered after 8 pm, which is too late.

Great museum, with a ton to see. Make sure that you see all of the hangers with the restored planes. The outdoor facility is extensive, so you can easily get a bit worn outn wandering about the place. That's why I suggest that you look in the hangers first and then spend as much time outside as you like.

I got a great desktop for a good price. Best buy did great processing my order and it was ready on time for pick up, thank you!

This review is for BB and Dave at east Tucson. Just bought a MacBook Air over the phone. Dave was very patient and thorough. He delivered on my questions and helped manage a new account from my home. Very pleased with BB and the professionalism of Dave. The MacBook will be here in a couple of days, will review it then.

Wow. This place has changed over the last five years. It is amazing how workers seem to meet in groups of three and leave customers alone completely. On my most recent visit, I felt completely at ease being lost in the store looking for a go pro acessory that was not carried in-store. Without any help, I found myself reading the descriptions on packages. Those same descriptions are readily available on sites like Amazon. I would rather buy from Best Buy but the incentive to go to Best Buy is slowly disappearing.

This is one of our favorite stores even when we’re not buying anything just to simply look around and get ideas. Each time we’ve come in since august, Ricardo has always helped us out so kindly. Last night we bought an 86 inch tv and Ricardo was there again to help us out. Even if he is busy he stops what he’s doing and helps the customers first. Such a friendly and kind soul! Keep doing amazing things we’ll be back to see you soon! Shout out to Shawn for helping lift that bad boy in the back of our truck. Y’all are amazing!

I walked in the door and a salesman greeted me. He found the TV that I wanted and he had it brought up to the front of the store and I was out of there in 10 minutes. Great job guys!
