This is one place that I love to take our out of town visitors. The selection of different items at this store is always so impressive!! Things you never knew existed and the cutest trinkets.

I don't know why(old lady), but I love to browse hardware stores and this one is huge and wonderful! One thing I noticed is the large percentage of female employees! I was helped for quite a while by a patient male and was able to find the obscure thing I was seeking. He answered all my dumb questions and was very helpful. Prices looked reasonable - with cheery atmosphere.

Chris S, Chris E and Bryan went way, way above and beyond to help me solve a couple of different problems. Chris S helped me find a fitting over the phone that I couldn’t find at a normal sized Ace here in town, at Hone Depot or at Lowe’s. Several hours later when I went to pick it up, Chris S, who had finished his shift and went home, made sure that it was there for me with my name and asked Chris E to take care of it. Simple communication such as this seems rare to find nowadays in any business. Then, Chris E helped me with another issue by taking me to another department in the store and asking his colleague Bryan to help me out. Of course, he did. Another person maybe gives up. Not Bryan. It took him a few minutes but he figured a truly out of the box idea. Thank you for that Bryan. And one last and very important thing: all of them, including the first Chris on the phone, did it with a service attitude and an understanding sense of humor when I told them all I’d gone through trying to figure these mechanical issues out. Thank you Ace, for filling an important niche for guys like me who desperately need men and women like you.

Went back a couple days later, frazzled as I’d almost blown myself up with my grill. Not hyperbole. I was pretty shaken as I did something really stupid and dangerous. That day I had help from Aden and Vince. I didn’t tell them what had happened as I went for another issue. Just their calm demeanor calmed me. And of course, they went out of their way to help me. Anyway, I’ve decided to go out of my way to go to this location than the Ace close by. The service and selection is just superior. It’s all about people first. Product second. Profit last.

My favorite hardware and houseware place for over 40 years! Nearly always have what I need to do a repair or finish a project. Houseware selection is extensive and has many hard-to-find items. Most employees are knowledgeable about the supplies and products. Many are former tradespeople who have work experience. I hope this place stays around for another 40 years!

I went there to have a couple of keys made. Employees were very courteous and helpful. I'll definitely return for anything that I need. Keep up the great job

This is probably the coolest store in Tucson. They have everything!!! Looking for stuff for Birding? They got it! Looking for stuff for grilling or smoking? They got it! Looking for puzzles and games? You guessed it. They got it! My wife and I love going into this place. We always find something we didn't see before. If you need it, they got it. Go check it out!!!

Have everything you could possibly need. However some of the employees are rude. I walk everywhere I go and carry a back pack. I put my bag up front like they asked and was still being harrased and followed and I was just shopping for what I wanted. After being followed around I asked a question to which led to me being asked to leave. All because I walk number one and 2 because I was wearing painting clothes. Not sure if I will return

Big hardware store with everything you could ever need. They have a super cool hobby store with toys from way back in the day! RC cars and all the parts you are looking for.

We love our local Ace hardware. Much rather go to ace than Lowe’s or home depot. The service and warranty at ace is so superior.

Worth the drive to visit this store. If they don't have it--you don't need it. Best hardware selection in town...well stocked on 2a supplies...and a hobby shop to boot. Plus, the entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and excited to help.

Before coming here, I had never been to an Ace Hardware store. I imagined something like Harbor Freight. I was looking for a specific small deep fryer and called multiple stores. This one was the only one that had what I wanted, with multiple options. The entire vibe was like a small town general store. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back.

Been going to Ace Hardware at 22nd and Kolb since I was I don't know a little boy and I'll be 59 this month. Always the best customer service and friendliest people to deal with. All these years they've done it right keep up the good work guys great job!

Staff is patient and knowledgeable and most importantly accessible, never was I looking long for help or a tutorial on products. Store is clean, well stocked. Even a great selection of special soda-pop, the cashier recommended some good flavors. Always a friendly crowd of other customers, not like Wal-Mart were people stare you down.

I love this place because Ace staffs enough people to guide you where you need to go. Came in during the week easy to get in-and-out purchase some plastic plugs for a surface of a door. Thank you Ace for being in our neighborhood.

This place is fantastic. I have never been to a bigger, better staffed, more convenient hardware store in my life. They have specialists from every department that are always 100% ready to help you out.
They have the biggest selection of root beers and obscure fizzy drinks you will find anywhere. As well as:
Parts for my pellet smoker.
The little glass top part for my old percolator coffee pot.
Bulk holiday lights by the foot and decorations.
A huge selection of car detailing and car care products.
A great selection of hardware, drills, and taps.
A HUGE housewares department.
An AWESOME hobby shop with super competitive prices and super helpful employees.
I will always shop here before going to a big box store.

The employees are incredibly helpful. I go to closer places sometimes it's always a waste of time. This store has never disappointed me even wierd stuff I need they have. I'm just gonna always come here first.
