The staff at JC Penney were courteous and efficient. The young salesman in the men's department made an effort to help me with finding the correct price on several items and the clerk at the cash register went out of her way to help us with a special request also. The store was well-stocked, clean and orderly. We especially enjoyed the somewhat quiet atmosphere in the store on a late Saturday evening. The greatest draw for my family at this store is that they have a great selection of the size petite for women. Few stores make an effort to have inventory for women who are not as tall as the average. This JC Penney store takes those customers' needs seriously. We will certainly return to shop at this location.

I found the best hairstylist here. Her name is Veronica. Even my husband noticed my great cut and style!! The price is reasonable from my perspective because I don't get lousy haircuts anymore. It's $45 for a cut and blow dry.

Went here to buy a suit for La Dra. We had A+ service and Carolyn was helping us find shirts and suits. We probably went through 20 garments. Carolyn looked all over the store as well as the back to help find us matches. Amazing service

I was preparing for a big job interview and I went to JCP to pick up some new career clothes and a new suit. I immediately saw a blazer on a mannequin in a color that I absolutely loved but was not in my size. I looked in the area but could not find any other stock. I found an employee and asked her for help and she walked me over to find the one other size blazer left in that color. She then spent the next hour with me pulling different sizes, different colors, and giving me her opinion on what worked and didn't work. To say she went above and beyond is putting it mildly. I can't say enough about Carolyn this particular evening, she was a saint and helped me so very much. Thank you, Carolyn!

Nice store, very polite and helpful clerks will help you find what you're looking for. Large parking lot with handicapped spaces. Shopping there was a pleasant experience.

Got some great deals during their minimum 30% off storewide sale last week! Great customer service too!! :)

I really like this store the only thing I found some boots but unfortunately some one had changed the price I asked for a manager to explain it was not my fault it was priced incorrectly he stood there and removed the tag and said this is wrong and walked away being it was the only cowboy boot avalanche and in the clearances so when I was at the register paying for my daughter Boot I was expecting to the very nice lady and she said they should of gave me that price and thank you miss casher you did a excellent job just by the way you spoke to me and my daughter you put a smile back to my day just for actually giving us attention and acknowledging the situation wish you were a maneger I'm not going to mention names but I will say that the JCPenney's Southside Tucson Arizona needs New Management Merry Christmas and a Happy New to all

Since the JCP in El Con Mall closed, we have 2 Penney's left: Tucson Mall (NW) and Tucson Spectrum (SW), which I prefer for ease of travel from SE.
This store has always been clean, bright, well-stocked, and has always been well-staffed with polite, respectful, and knowledgeable employees.
I usually order online, then pickup my purchases (and shop a little more!) at the store while running other errands (saving shipping and handling fees.) I have always been happy with the quality of their merchandise and the ease of ordering online.
[Another perk of this location is the variety of other stores in this mall.. sporting goods, shoes, electronics, restaurants, and a movie theater!]
I will continue shopping JCPENNEY'S!!

I absolutely love this store. They are up to date in clothing shoes jewelry and many other items. The personnel is very professional friely and knowledgeable. I love that they have Spanish speaking clerks. It helps my mother complete her shopping and she is happy. Way to go JC Penny's.

I was at the Calle Santa Cruz location in Tucson on 4/2/23 around 12:30 pm. I was trying to make an exchange for a different size pants but I didn't bring in my receipt. It was a very long process but the ladies at the pick up, exchange, refund desk were amazing. Maria, and another young lady at the counter were so helpful. Thank you so much for all your help!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter's and I recently visited this location for back to school items. We found exactly what we needed! When we checked out we had an amazing cashier named Katherine, she was very knowledgeable about the savings promotions and made sure we received the most out of our purchases. I truly appreciate that because we all know every dollar counts. My family and I will definitely return soon I'm sure. Keep up the great service!

Store is being renovated but all the employees were very helpful ppl full & courteous. Didn't have what we were looking for so sales rep ordered it online. Order arrived within a week. Very pleased with the service.

Great experience at JCPenney for School shopping for my daughter. My daughter loves all the clothes and plenty of it. 15 outfits she came out with. She got 2 pair of cute comfy shoes. Only thing she couldn't find was a good size back for her age. They were way too big for her. Will continue to shop here for my daughter and my family here.

I get my haircut and treatment by Vanee who is SUPER AMAZING!!! She is sweet, kind, knowledgeable, and up on trends. I recommend this location very highly!!

The staff is super helpful and friendly. I love seeing the smiley faces and happy employees. I am a firm believer that the employees who work at a location are really what make the experience pleasant.
