What a wonderful customer service. The young Man of the hour is Dimerin. He is the kindest caring respectful person I have recently met, specially in his age group an exemplary human being. Than you to Best Buy Managers who hired him. Great job.

I'll say that this. This plaza that this Best Buy is in... It's more of a mall to be for real. Lol I always get lost going into this store. It's huge and Best Buy always just has the greatest and latest guru electronics to have fun and experience hands on while you're there. The store actually struck me on how great it smells in there and how many employees were cleaning. It's not just like that from time to time either. It's always like that. Lol there's always workers running around doing a deep clean on the building. Like the manager walked in and yelled spring cleaning on April fools Day. Got people thinking if they don't get it immaculate everyone's getting canned. LMFAO

The best customer experience I've had. Highly recommend if wanting to purchase a phone come see him . JOA'O

After having a bad experience at a different Best Buy, about a week or so ago, I came in here and immediately was helped by Hector who stuck with me throughout the process and helped me to make the right decision.

So I received a sound bar for Father's this year as a gift from my family & needed help getting it added to my Total Tech plan. They, my son & wife, had forgotten to do so at pick up. A Geek Squad installer at the Spectrum location in Tucson that had just wrapped up his day named Frank saw me on the phone & said, "we should be able to do that in store." Frank then found a manager named Chris who told me to hang up. Within minutes & with some magic, I had my item added & installation with Frank booked for Tuesday with a Smile. That's what I calll customer service & I wanted to share. Thank you very much, Frank & Chris.

This is a really great Best Buy. They have reasonable prices on everything. I was in the market for a laptop and had a specific one in mind when I entered the store. I looked through every laptop they had there. Once I was done looking the laptops over a gentleman named Grant asked me if I needed help. I showed Grant what I was looking for and he helped me search, discuss and find the laptop that's exactly what I wanted. Grant and I spent an hour going over different options, wants, needs, prices, etc. He was extremely helpful and I left with exactly what I wanted.

We had one of the best costumer service experiences with starting from your front staff greeter to Mario. We were looking into purchasing new speakers for my vehicle and Mario was more than helpful. He answered all of our questions and ordered additional parts for us to pick up at a different location. Thank you Mario!

The people at Best Buy were very nice and, respectful. When I had quite they would help me and, their service was great.

I wished to buy a SiriusXM Onyx Plus receiver. An online search of Best Buy stores in Phoenix suggested this store might have one in stock. I was fortunate. There was one left. The store staff helped me locate it, check checkout went perfectly, including the associate asking me about a warranty, as all retail sales companies require their associates to do. I did the setup and installation without any problems, SiriusXM transferred my registration from a previous radio to the new one, and all that's left to take care of is cable management.

I've been shopping at various Best Buy stores since 1988. This time I brought my mother in to buy an easy-to-use computer for her. Elizabeth in the computer section was both vary knowledgeable and supremely helpful to two people who are at least one to two generations older. Thanks, Elizabeth!

Unfortunately my Chromebook was frozen and couldn’t even turn it off!! A major event for me because of my lack of knowledge when it comes to computers. I took it to the Geek Squad at the Spectrum location and was lucky to have Adrian assist me. He fixed it in a matter of 2 seconds and showed me how to correct it myself. He is truly a valuable employee and went out of his way to assist. I ever I have the need for further service, I hope he’s available to help me. He definitely made my day. Wanted to make sure to single him out. Thanks again, Adrian.

We have had nothing but great experiences at this Beat Buy! Always friendly and helpful staff. We love just coming and checking out the open box sales! The staff has always been very helpful and very professional at the customer service when we've come back for the protection plans. We much prefer shopping at Best Buy instead of Amazon.
