We had already purchased 15 gallons of exterior, matching a sample my wife got when I was out of town working. We realized it was actually going to be way too dark. I took it back in and the morning shift employee worked with me to desaturate and lighten the color to what I actually wanted. He showed empathy and seemed genuinely happy to help make sure I was happy with how my house was going to look for the next several years. 5 stars totally warranted for the service at this location.

Great store! Always greeted and asked if I need help upon walking in. You cant find better paint or paint colors anywhere else. Paint is more expensive, but it's one of those things that you get what you pay for. Paint is easy to apply and covers well. Colors and paint are always up to trend. I have never had a bad experience here.
Covid standards are met here. 6ft apart markers and register shields are present. Their employees wear cloth masks, not that that does anything, but for those of you that think it does....
Online has curbside pickup options, but I found it difficult to use so I just ended up going into the store.

They were very knowledgeable on their products and helpful with suggestions. Called my order in a few days later, after making my color decisions, paint was ready and waiting for me when I came in. Almost no way to make it a better experience and the paint was 40 percent off!

Absolutely outstanding store with friendly and knowledgable staff. I recently went in for a paint match having brought a color sample with. They tried to match but when I got home it didn't so I took the paint back and they kept working with additives until it was a perfect match. Paint a little more expensive but well worth it for the expert advice you receive.

They did a great job of taking my order over the phone, my order was ready when I went to pick it up. I did not have to go in to the store and that made me feel very safe at this time. Great service, great product.

Fast, helpful service. It has a great layout that makes items easier to find. It has a great color palette display with so many options to choose from. The quality of the paint is amazing.

Contractors always recommend Sherwin Williams paint. Had a seasoned clerk and a newer clerk. Worked well together. Very pleased with service and know,edge.

They are friendly and helpful at the Lee’s Summit store. Quite the contrary to the one in Independence. I will drive miles out of my way to go to the one in Lee’s Summit to avoid ever stepping into the Independence store again.

Perfectly .atched paint from a piece of drywall. Painted a corner of the drywall patch and we couldn't even tell which corner had the new paint. Very impressive.
