AT&T Store

Cole was outstanding!!! He made changing to AT&T painless and enjoyable. I really appreciated his kindness and patience as we moved through a few hiccups getting info from the other carrier. I highly recommend this store and working with Cole!

Cole was extremely helpful in setting up my new phone. He answered all my questions and really put me at ease with my new phone's operation. Cole is very polite and gave me his business card, should I have any questions in the future.

Ashanti made the experience a very pleasant and efficient one. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! I was honestly dreading the possibility of a very long wait and that we might get someone who wasn't helpful. We left very satisfied and pleased with the outcome of trading my old phone for a new one. Ashanti informed me that fixing my cracked screen first would give me an additional $500 for my trade-in value. She assisted us with the insurance claim process and we located an authorized vendor to get the screen repaired same day. Finding good customer service in this day and age is a struggle, but Ashanti proved there are still great customer service associates out there!!!

Our family has got phones from here about half a dozen times. They always do a great job. They are quick and friendly and I like that you can walk in and see where you are in line. The staff is knowledgeable and doesn’t try to push a lot of product for commission. The prices on the cases and accessories isn’t bad in my opinion either.

Most helpful representative and I’ve been to a lot of stores, Cole helped me with my issues and taught me how to work my iPad! Excellent personality he was friendly and good looking

Worked with Doug for the first time in a very long time. He’s friendly, honest, and to the point without wasting my time being pushy and embarrassingly begging for sales unlike my previous encounters with some reps and the managers there the past few months. How AT&T let him stop being a manager is beyond me. I cant recommend anyone come to this store unless he is there to help. Value your people more than that!!! Doug and a few others there (Sam? Darryl?) are the only ones I’ll work with because they are great, but I’ll probably get up and leave the next time a manager tries to come upsell me on something I don’t want or need.

I had an exceptional experience at the Lee Summit AT&T store, all thanks to the outstanding service provided by Sai. He consistently goes above and beyond to help me find the best deals and makes me feel genuinely welcome every time I visit. Sai's expertise and friendly demeanor truly set this store apart. Highly recommend!

Staff is always helpful and offering solutions. They were able to assist with new Internet cutover as well. Which was done quickly and with no headaches.

Daryl was fantastic! I had a little bit of a complicated issue. I have had AT&T for years, but for business, I had been using a GoogleVoice number for years. GoogleVoice suspended my account and I wasn't able to send text messages. With Daryl's help, I was able to move my Google phone number from GoogleVoice to my AT&T phone and he was very patient with making sure I was being helped and I didn't lose the number. I would recommend asking for Daryl!

Maha the Store manager at Lees summit was fantastic she helped me with everything for setting up my voicemail issue over 2 months, give her a raise Immediately, one happy satisfied customer

Angela did such a great job helping not just myself but my family too. We signed up to switch all 9 lines over from T-Mobile to AT&T at a Sam club store it was such a horrible experience there. Angela and Ashanti were so welcoming and understanding to get our accounts taken care of. We appreciate y’all! Lees Summit is the the Best Location!

Cole is a great employee, awesome personality and very patient and efficient. And he has cool hair!

Broke my phone recently and needed a new one. Stopped in shortly after they opened and Cole helped me out. I know phone salesmen make commission but he did a great job of laying out all my pricing options and didn’t push me one way or the other. Very easy process

Updated our phones after a long time having the old ones. Angela helped us and was great! Explained and wrote down the options of our upgrades, got everything transferred, and helped us set up a few things she knew we’d need right away. It took a few hours and she was easy to visit with and attentive to accomplishing everything. We’ve used this store for a couple decades (which translates to a few upgrades) and each time have had great service.

Daryl was incredible!! Got us all the help we needed asap and was a wonderful people person!

We walked in and immediately Daryl said Hi, how can I help you today!! No wait at all!!!! DARYL IS THE BEST SALESMAN WE HAVE EVER HAD😁 We are in our 60's, and we have had a lot of experience with different salesman!!! Buying a new phone was GREAT 👍
