Staff went above and beyond I spoke to 1 gentlemen at the FedEx drop-off who assisted me. They were kind, and helped solve my issue right away. They deserve a raise and a promotion. I will be visiting in a couple weeks and if they haven't received that for their stellar service I will quit giving business to this establishment

There local for me but honestly great employees good prices I recommend this place for all ur pharmacy and convince needs

Great store

i used to get my mom's prescription there sadly she passed away 2018.

Great place for all your needs, just wish the staff were more courteous and helpful. Recently went in to buy nicorette for family members (dropping the hints at Christmas!) and asked for help with choosing a product since I have never used nicotine let alone bought smoking cessation products. The cashier simply said "that's up to you, there's different types" and offered me no help whatsoever in choosing from the product which is literally right behind her for the entire shift she works the cash register. I'm not asking for the staff to be experts on everything in the store, but a little bit of energy and courtesy could go a long way in making this place a nice place to visit rather than a necessary place to go.

Busy place.

So i have no complaints about the store as a whole or the pharmacy services in general. My complaint is with how limited the pharmacy’s hours are. They are totally closed on the weekends and open only until 7pm during the weekdays. It’s understandable that they may need to reduce hours due to staffing but why close for the whole weekend. For many people those are the days they are able to get errands done. If there’s only staffing for 5 of the 7 days, how about closing on Sunday and Monday (or Wednesday) so there is at least one weekend day to get your medicine? Just seems more sensible imo

The combination of:
-Confusion about being able to use coupons with rewards cash
-little urgency to satisfy customers
-position of inserted chip card
-customers with no job or urgency

Makes this the slowest store I've ever been in

90% of the time prescriptions are not ready when promised. They need to do a better job setting realistic timeframes.

Most of the pharmacy workers are rude but there are a couple that are absolutely amazing! But only or. Or two are good!
