Chris W from the Riverhead store was covering in Miller place. Lucky me because my experience was exceptional. He first helped me with purchasing a new phone, tablet and watch. He called me when my new items were delivered to the store, and stayed late to set everything up for me. Thank you Chris for an amazing experience.

Daman was very pleasant and patient with helping switch from my ATT plan to Verizon. He listened to my concerns as I did not have the best experience with a Verizon corporate store recently. He listened to my needs and what was best for my situation. He took his time with explaining my plan and offered me options for ME to choose from. I appreciate when companies take time to provide customer what is best for them. Highly recommend this store if you are looking to switch to Verizon. The personal touch is outstanding. Thank you.

I have been a Verizon customer for over 25 years. This store in Miller Place has the best customer service I have ever received. Damon is the owner and is super helpful and patient and does not rush you. He and his team genuinely care to help with all your needs while trying to save you money. He helped me with the purchase of the new iphone 15 and 15 Pro for my husband and I along with being very helpful picking out cases, phone chargers, extra batteries, screen and camera protectors and extra cables. They recommended the best products based on my needs and wants. I also dealt with his associates Matt and Sam. They were excellent. Please support our small businesses and if you have any cell phone needs make sure you make a pitstop at this store, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Damon & Sam!! I had a great experience with purchasing my new phone. I got all my questions answered and never felt rushed or pushed to a phone I didn't want. It was the best experience I had in purchasing a phone. I will go back there for sure.

Don’t waste your time at other stores. Daman in the best. He knows everything about every phone. He has helped my family for years. I have 5 phones on my account and Damien saved us so much money.

What an amazingly wonderful and positive experience we had! We were able to quickly and smoothly trade in and upgrade phones for our whole family. All four of us truly enjoyed working with Sam. He is friendly, great with kids, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and efficient. We left there with four new phones and a new family plan with every current discount possible. Sam helped with the entire process from start to finish, always with a smile on his face! We had to transfer data, apps, photos, videos, contacts, everything from every phone to all new, and he made this as easy and smooth as possible too! We also got all of our accessories there, including cases, screen protectors, pop sockets for the kids, lol. I wish I could give TEN STARS!! Thanks Sam!!

Nice store. Nice customer service. All new products worked correctly when I left the store. And the store is wheelchair accessible with plenty of room to move around in the store. No clutter.
