Kohl's is a reliable option for returns, and I had a positive experience returning an Amazon box there. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the process was straightforward. Kohl's also has a great selection of clothing and home goods at affordable prices. Overall, I would recommend Kohl's for both shopping and returns.

I did my Christmas shopping there. They had great deals on the items I got. They were very courteous and helped me find what I needed. I was very pleased and will be going back. It's a great place to shop.

After returning my Amazon item which went well I purchased a couple of items at the checkout line was asked to apply for a credit card which took too long as the people behind me was very agitated because of the wait. Don’t think this should be handled at the checkout. Thanks Vivian White.

Found all items for particular husband. When sweet cashier Virginia asked if we found everything I mentioned I couldn’t find men’s dress pants. She used. Her microphone and contacted Ceasar he brought me right to them. Fit perfect and we perched again with same cashier Virginia. She is an asset to your company. EXCELLENT

Kohl's is absolutely fantastic. This business must have really good management because it has truly changed with the times in all the best ways. I've enjoyed every visit I've had here over the years. I do not understand why Kohl's has discontinued their fine jewelry dept.

Store was uncluttered, clean, and had very friendly employees.

It was surprisingly easy to become an at home shopper. But recently I had a chance to do some in person shopping at Chattanooga’s Kohl’s.

It was here that I was reminded how beneficial it can be to hold, feel and choose in person the products you are contemplating. Take for example towels, pillows or even pots and pans. Here at Kohl’s I was able to do just that, and believe me, I’m glad.

Now, when I took the time to price compare to online stores, the prices are cheaper!

Finally, this particular Kohl’s was very organized, clean with supportive and helpful staff. Easily accessible off the highway, I’ll be back.

Get out of the house and come shop at a store, you won’t regret it.
