Rob is who greeted us at the door and assisted us during our purchasing experience. Not only did he provide detailed information which led to smarter purchases, but also he also provided personal insight and experiences with specific furniture which made us feel comfortable spending more than expected an our investment. This gentleman’s integrity far exceeds anyone I have ever met in the retail industry. He went above and beyond in all aspects of sales and he demonstrates the character and leadership of an employee who’s being under utilized and needs to move to the next position. I could not have asked for a better experience.

The showroom was lovely. Within minutes we were in the hands of a knowledgeable sales associate who immediately showed us the bed we had seen on line and were interested in purchasing. He confidently answered numerous questions concerning the product and the store's financing options. The manager and Josh worked together to get us a great deal on a new mattress and even bed linens to go along with our new bed!

We had a great buying experience! Our salespeople (Ashley) was exceptional. She made sure we were aware of all the sales and special deals that were available. She made the process very easy.

This was our second time buying from Ashley Furniture. KD was an excellent salesman. Knowledgeable. Not pushy. Listened to what my wife and I were really looking for. Patient with our two wild sons who were helping us pick a new sectional couch. We were very happy with the quality of our first purchase from them about 8 years ago, hoping for the same with this one.

Buying experience was good, delivery was perfect. The delivery personnel were very professional and friendly. We have a very challenging drive that is 400 feet up a steep hill. The driver navigated it with no problem. He is one of the few that has. He is to be commended for his ability and professionalism.

Although we entered Ashley Furniture only planning to browse, my husband soon found a leather recliner he loved. We eventually found a sectional that worked well with it. The selections to choose from would fit any style and taste. Additionally, Randy, the salesperson, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but not pushy!

Amy was so kind and helpful. She immediately made me feel very comfortable. She patiently listened and guided me through the store until I found the best furniture for my home.

I really appreciated that the sales associate met us at the door, informed us of current sale options, and then pointed us in the right direction so we could browse on our own. He was attentive without being right on our heels the whole time. Great service. Will definitely shop here again.

My mom and I stopped by before our dinner plans. The lovely lady, Amy, knew we were in a rush, and did everything she could to assist us in our timeframe, and we got everything we asked for, and left perfectly in time for our plans. All in all, she took less that 30 minutes to check our credit and complete the purchase, while giving us the best deal possible. 10/10 recommend this store and it’s people!

Diane is as so helpful with putting the perfect furniture package together for our home. We appreciated her understanding our needs and what we were looking for without being pushy in any way. Great, friendly service.

I've shopped at the Chattanooga store since moving to northern GA about 3 years ago. We've outfitted a living room, breakfast nook, guestroom, and entry way! We decided it was time for a new mattress and we wanted to go from queen to king. Although our bedroom furniture is all Ashley, we have had it for about 10-plus years, and with getting a larger mattress, we'd of course need a new bed frame. I was VERY happy to find out Ashley still makes our set, so all we needed was the bedframe. I wasn't aware they also sold Tempeurpedic mattresses, so I was VERY happy again that we could get everything we needed there. Ed and Brian were WONDERFUL (who knew mattresses are so high tech now?), and helped us make a choice I know we will literally sleep soundly knowing we made a good choice! We also got in on the Presidents Day sale, and qualified for free financing. I'm excited to get our new bed and am very grateful to have such wonderful people at the Chattanooga store - it's why I always go back when I need something, and I know I will again!

Walked in and was welcomed and assistance was offered but nothing pushy, which was a big plus. Randy Eller did a great job explaining the bedroom suites and their sales. Three days later I call Randy and made a smooth purchase on the phone. I would highly recommend asking for Randy when you enter Ashley, Gunbarrel Rd, Chattanooga.

Really enjoyed being at Ashley. Diane our sales rep could not have been any better,I thought she had been in sales for some time but she was new to Ashley. Not over pushing, she knew her products very well. Yes I would recommend Ashley to all my friends. Thank you Diane for making this a great experience.

Wafa was great and easy to work with! She was always around close to answer questions…but allowed us our space to shop around. When we were ready she made the purchase seem less and stress free!

Ben was very helpful in giving us information, answering questions, and then letting us explore. He checked in when he could tell we were curious without us having to look for him and once we had made a final decision, we turned around and he was astonishingly there to check on us right on time again. Very stress free experience and we found just what we wanted.

Gina provided assistance during our visit searching for a new couch for our living room. She was extremely helpful in suggesting various couches that fit what we were looking for and explaining the details of each. Our experience was positive and we did not feel pressured at any point. Although we ultimately went with another couch option elsewhere that better fit our living space and needs, we highly recommend reaching out to Gina if you are in the market for a couch and/or other home furniture.
