Got an unexpected bonus of a gift card too! Felt like Christmas.

Manager Mandy is more than excellent. She took her time, listened, and helped us when Geek Squad wouldn't. She did all this while she greeted customers and managed the front line. In a vast field of employees that are only there to get an undeserving paycheck she is a shining example of the kind of person we should all strive to be like.
Best Buy is extremely fortunate to have Mandy.

I couldn't be happier with my tech experience at Best Buy. Tyler, the tech who helped me, was professional, knowledgeable and flush with communication skills that will suit him in anything he does. I shared with him that I will probably never see him again because he would be moving on to 'greener pastures' in an industry that needs more people like him. BB is doing a fine job in attracting people like Tyler who can assist 'helpless' people like me. Excellent experience.

Went looking for an item which they didn't have, and the store associate was able to understand what I was looking for and show me where it would be so I could look for myself. I consider that helpful instead of just getting a quick no answer and thus wondering if he understood what I wanted.

Consistent best prices and superior customer service place this store in the top tier for electronics and so much more. It doesn’t seem to matter if I’m purchasing a refrigerator or an Apple product, the staff can expertly speak to the product features and benefits. We recently visited to purchase noise canceling Bose ear buds and the price was $20 lower than the “low sale” price at Sam’s Club and even lower than other places we checked. We noticed that the Apple Air pods were also $20 lower at Best Buy. Do yourself a favor if you are purchasing any electronic, appliance, high tech grill, or a coffee maker, check out Best Buy.

We had a problem with an online order and it turned out to be complicated. Chyna was wonderful! She fully understood our problem and took time to fix it. Not an easy fix - she spent the time to get it done. 5 stars for Chyna and her expertise in providing outstanding customer service!

Greeter at front had excellent customer service skills, as well as active listening skills. When I asked about a SIM card he took me right to the display.

Good selection of electronics. Helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Good return policy. Nice to be able to see and hold electronic items before purchasing sometimes. I appreciate having a brick and mortar store nearby rather than having to do all my electronics shopping online

One of their asociates gladly helped me find a gps unit. He was busy at the moment but he did return and guided me to a couple of areas until we located the item I wanted. It's so rare to find an employee with such a pleasant and helpful attitude. I wish I ahad caught his name!

I just got home from my first time of dropping off items for recycle at the Geek Squad desk. The young man who helped me (short-ish medium blond hair, kind smile) couldn't have been nicer. I only had to wait about 2 minutes. He explained he would smash the 1 hard drive I'd brought. The cell phone and 2 tablets had been sitting on my kitchen counter for almost a year: I just found out that BestBuy did this kind of recycling. Grateful.

Purchased online and came in for store pickup. The entire process is seamless and quick. I will definitely consider doing it again in the future.

Great place to shop when the deals are put for sure ! Got a 65-inch LG tv... geek squad came and mounted it and installed subwoof less than an hour !! They were cool, fellas, for sure !

Needed a Cable Model i thought mine was hit by lighting turns out it was the cable Amp that got it. Great service and great return. Keep up the good work!

Very good prices and selection. I couldn't find the restroom though and employees were very busy assisting other customers. I didn't want to be rude and interrupt.

Didn't make a purchase today, still have some inquiries to make. But Cody was wonderful with tips and advice while we shopped for laundry machines. Staff was also very helpful with us finding a TV stand since they were out of stock in-store

Good selections of computers, electronics, and appliances. Got a good deal compared to big online stores. Can improve on the length of return policy. Friendly staff.

Bought a computer this morning, I’m not fond of shopping, I was in and out of there in 15 mins ! Which was great , a young man named Jesus was a great help to me and carried my computer to my car !

In and out really fast when I picked up my Wacom tablet! The lady at the counter is literally the nicest person I have ever met in customer service and I am so sad I can't recall her name at this moment. I'm gonna have to check my receipt as this was the other day. She was so nice, and just very warm. ❤
