Every time I go into this store, I am always greeted with kindness and helpfulness. My experience yesterday and today took that to a whole new level. Lilith and Jade went above beyond to assist me with an online order that went way off course. I purchased an item in store to pick up while there and kept waiting on the order to come through and be released. Jade constantly checked the system and was super engaging and friendly. Lilith came up and also constantly kept checking to see what the issue could be. I finally decided to come back the next day. I arrived and still the order had not come through-Jade and Lilith both immediately started looking to see what they could do to help the item be released. The entire time they were both sinking, so thoughtful, and made me feel so welcomed. The world needs more people with their joy, humor, and light. Thank you so much to both of you for your hard work and dedication to helping me. I appreciate you both and will definitely keep coming to Barnes!!

I love this store. It's so nice to take time to sample a book before you buy it. The relaxed atmosphere is so great you can get list in a book before you know what happened. . .then they are telling you it's closing time.

It's great that Barnes & Noble has a place attached to the mall but even better that they have their own outside entrance. Of course they have books but they also have a ton of toys all around the store and many collectables too. Their selection of games is my favorite to browse. When we were searching for a mahjong set, we knew we would find some here.

SO MANY BOOKS! And of all genres! Books, board games, vinyl, DVDs, CDs, and much more! I can never not go here in any town I go to! My all time favorite store besides hot topic and earthbound!

I don't remember the name of the young lady that helped me but she was very friendly. I had a sort of unique request and didn't know how to explain what I was looking for very well. She was patient asked questions then offered to walk me to where I needed to look and even proceeded to help me try and find what I was looking for. All this was the day there was chaos there due to some idiot at the mall waving a gun around. Despite all that she had a friendly smile, a calm demeanor and a positive attitude. I didn't find what I needed but she put forth a valent effort in trying to help me.

I love how big this barns and noble is. With it being attached to different stores at the mall it definitely is a great spot to start if you're wanting to explore for some gifts or trinkets. My husband purchased the Psychology of Money book from this store; we're excited to read together 🥰

Really like coming here and looking at all the new books and magazines. I wish their sitting area was a bit larger, it’s very crowded. Overall very clean and organized. Great place to find gifts for anyone.

Well stocked with books and reading accessories. The staff was friendly, and the store had a welcoming atmosphere. I recommended any reader in the area to give it a look

Great coffee! You can sit and enjoy your favorite magazine. Usually crowded on weekends.

I love this location. The layout is great, it's quiet, the employees are friendly and helpful and it always smells wonderful.
A lot of locations don't have a great selection of graphic novels, but this spot offers a nice variety.
I also never fail to find a book I'm interested in with a 5 dollar discount sticker on the cover!

Found the best holiday gifts the other day! I could spend the day there looking at everything they have, such a big selection! I even got sketch books and elf on the shelf outfits 🤣

Olivia was so wonderful in helping me! I used to be an avid reader when I was younger but I've gotten out of reading as I've gotten older. Booktok has gotten me interested in reading again, especially the spicier side of booktok, but when I went to ask if they had a section specifically for that one of the women working at the customer service desk rolled her eyes at me and seemed irritated at me for asking. I was feeling a little uncomfortable and overwhelmed and I was going to leave but Olivia asked if I needed any help and she was so patient and so kind! I think she might have been newer but I could tell she really loves books and she really listened and was non judgmental when I told her what I was looking for. I got two new books that I can't wait to read. My whole experience, which started out negative, turned out so positive because of her. I hope she works there for a long time!

Great book store lovely people you can really do d some great deals as well, it's got a very home like feeling to it takes me back to place I remember as a kid when I would spend so much time on reading books and going to the library to find a place to truly let imagination take hold!!!😍😍🙄🤔

Nice bookstore. They have a Starbucks cafe/lounge for you to sit and read while enjoying a drink. Large selection of books and other media. Very current titles are kept front and center, so if you're looking for a book that just came out, they most likely have it. Very helpful staff as well.

Always a favorite! We were actually looking for a paper map of a different state. The very helpful staff pointed us to the travel section. Sooo many books! And they will order you something if you don't see it.
