Went in and got a new phone and a new smart watch. I had the pleasure of working with Tyrone, what a great representative he was. Had a super easy, relaxing time in this location! I would recomend this store to any of my friends and family.

Great experience! My whole family got new phones and Jimmy made it super easy. He was really knowledgeable and helped us get a great deal! Will definitely be going back next time I have an upgrade.

Purchased 5 new Pixel 8 phones here, taking advantage of the Verizon trade-in special with our old Pixels. We were not informed that the data copy from our old to new phone was going to cost $40 per phone. This is something very simple for Pixel to Pixel and I have done on my own before. Thought this was the Verizon upgrade fee, until our next Verizon bill also had an upgrade fee on it. Was told by the store sorry, but the fee is not refundable.
I know some people are happy to pay someone to move to a new phone, but I'm not happy that they didn't ask first.

After posting this, Victra apologized for the misunderstanding on the charges and issued a refund. Since other than that, they were very helpful, I upped the rating to 5 stars.

Tyrone was super helpful and spent all the time needed to not only set us up on new phone but also upgrade iPad and complete transfers of all our files! Would recommend to everyone!

Triston was awesome! Extremely helpful and professional. This is the only Victra (authorized Verizon retailer) that we will be going to from now on.

Best Customer Service I've ever had. My husband and I went into Verizon today so my husband could try to get off his exes account and start a new one. Joshua the store manager was super helpful. Not only was he able to get my husband on a new account, he was also able to help me get on it as well. He was very patient with us and super helpful. We had to work through financial stuff that took a good while and we also had our baby with us and we really appreciated him being understanding of our situation and helping us out. We highly recommend this store.

We went to Verizon to switch and Joshua was incredible! We brought our son, which can be stressful, but he had games and balloons for kids to play with. He was professional, fun, knowledgeable and just very genuine. He made the process completely stress free! I haven’t had customer service that excellent in a long time!

Josh is great! He made an extremely stressful experience of replacing a broken phone less painful than previous experiences at other Verizon stores. I will gladly go back there next time I need anything.

Very impressed with staff. My SIM card kept disconnecting from my phone. Staff was kind, quick to fix and took care of everything in a timely manner. Tyrone had excellent customer service.

I came from out of town. If I lived here, this would be my place!! I felt very welcome and everything I needed and more was taken care of!! Tyrone was my Rep and he did a great job!

Everyone was very helpful, met every request I had. Explained what was going on very well, and what to expect. Very friendly, accomidating, and even gave me some doodle paper when a system error made my transaction take some time.

Very good experience, extremely knowledgable and informative sells associate. He guided me in a simple way through the process explaining everything he was doing politely. He told me about everything that would benefit me from the apple plus plan and helped me with all my questions. I left happy and would definitely come back.
