The UPS Store

The absolute best UPS store around. The employees are so helpful and accommodating. I am greeted by smiles and a warm hello every time I go in there. They go above and beyond to meet my needs. The print department is especially creative and amazing. I get all my invitations and Christmas cards designed there and they always turn out wonderful.

Where do I begin? First off, these guys know shipping and they know how to treat customers. Today, perfect example, they were rocking and rolling when I had a problem with my label right at closing time.
It took me 11 minutes to get it fixed on me phone, and they didn’t one time mention me hurrying up or taking their time. They were so patient and kind and helpful. THIS IS HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE!

These guys make every day shipping so much easier. The self check-in tool station thingy is super easy to use and they’re always very responsive to any issues that I have! My son loves using their store. Best in tricities! Thanks everyone!

Great location! Easy access in the parking lot. Super clean when you walk in. Absolutely everyone who works there is always smiling and welcomes their customer when they first walk in. Also they actually play music in their store! Not like the post offices with no music and feels like a prison when you walk in. Also I didn't realize they do major/large scale printing at a super high quality! Love the people, love the store. It's great! Keep it up y'all!

Wonderful staff and great service! The team there made sure my business cards came out just the way I wanted with the correct shade of color for my branding. I get so many compliments about them! I tell people to go talk to Chloe and the team at the UPS store in Pasco when asked who I use for my printing needs for my business. They will take care of you!

We require a lot of shipping services for our business and have found that UPS stores are individually owned and operate very different from one another. The UPS Store off Rd 68 in Pasco is by far the best accommodating and most friendly in the Tri-Cities area. They provide several small services at no cost, which otherwise cost you at other stores, and are very easy to work with on any project.

I’m always stopping by for all my mailing and printing needs. And a couple employees have stood out. Micah is always so professional and can be seen working at 100% with every customer. During high traffic times you wouldn’t notice the difference of customer service. Aaron who always has a great attitude and looks for the best solutions to help. Thanks for all your hard work to everyone at this store!!

The staff is always so friendly, quick and super helpful. I didn’t realize I had some FedEx stuff to ship but they still taped it and printed out the return label for me. The helpful staff member then told me the best place in Pasco to take it. This was all during the crazy holiday season with long lines of people.

I have been coming to this ups store for 5+ years and the customer service here is awesome, I like that when you walk in there is always someone greeting you first. I always get great service when I go I have family member that live out of state and they give me the best options for mailing my packages reasonable prices and I am happy with what I get.

My most recent "great customer service" was I needed some wedding invitations printed (on short notice) and they were generous, and had them ready for me that same day. I wasn't expecting that It was a big blessing for me. There kindness towards other shows how much they enjoy what they do. Thank You for the blessing you give to others.

Very friendly and fast. Easy to drop off packages and not have to wait in line. Always clean, sometimes with candy. Good vibe going on in here. I come here several times x week. After calling, they even let me take my preschool kiddos in for a "Mail" day and the manager showed them around and explained how mail gets processed.

Shelly and her staff are amazing! They have quick respond times and the quality of their printing is by far some of the best I've seen. I've used them for a lot of invitation printing and I've never had a problem. If they're unsure about something, they take time to call and get a clear picture of what you're wanting. I highly recommend them!

I’ve used the UPS Store in Pasco for several years now. They are always friendly and efficient and the experience is always positive. I was wary at first to get print services done at a shipping location, but I was very impressed. From postcards, to folders, to flyers, to mailers—and of course, shipping—this location has never disappointed me. I’ve even referred friends and other business owners to them bc they are so great at what they do.

the UPS store off Road 68 is AMAZING! They have the best customer service and quality prints. I worked with Shelly and her team on designing custom business cards for our management company which she let me tweak until they were perfect. As well as get's prints turned around for me in a day when i'm in a jam! I appreciate all they've done to help our business!
