I went to UPS in Hoover on Montgomery HWY to return several items. I put it off multiple times because it's so confusing with all the boxes and having to deal with printing all the labels. I must say I had an incredible positive and pleasant experience because of a UPS employee name Andrea. She was pleasant and kind. She took so much time to help me. She went above and beyond. I wish there were more people out there like her.

I have used the services of this UPS Store numerous times and have always been pleased. I’ve mailed many packages & urgent delivery envelopes, never with any problems. I’ve also asked them to do a handful of print jobs. Even though they were small jobs (minuscule profit to them, I’m sure) the owners were always careful to understand what I was trying to accomplish, advised me on best options, and the results were outstanding every time. I think they’re great!

The two employees were doing a great job of managing very different customer needs with great attention and attitudes. Made my Sunday wok start much easier coming here.

I’m giving it 5 stars just because the woman with the blue in her hair is gorgeous and she was really nice this morning.

Jarrett is the absolute best driver!!! So many times I have called upon him to take care of packages and deliveries!! He always comes through with a smile and he makes our clinics pick-up the best part of our day!!! So many great saving moments from one person!!! Jarrett, & UPS- thank you!!!! Thanks for always going out of your way to take care of us!!

I love this place. I order all of my supplies for my small business and have them sent here, where I have a personal mailbox. My fiancé and I are “regulars” and we always get a first class experience. Highly recommend.
