AT&T Store

I had the pleasure of speaking to the store manager Anthony and he’s the absolute sweetest! He listened to my concerns and reassured me that he would take care of my issue. He partnered me up with his professional Nick and he set up my autopay for my account because I kept running into billing issues as well and gave me a discount! I really appreciate the customer service that I received and I’ll only be going to this store from now on! Thank you Anthony for this satisfying visit and thank you AT&T for having such a well trained staff at this location:)

My girlfriend and I came in to get her switched over to AT&T from T-Mobile. We were seen within minutes. Their customer service was fantastic, and our sales rep was super friendly, patient, and personable. She guided us through everything, which made everything super easy. She found my girlfriend the best plan and discounts. Thank you to the competent and kind team at this location!

I wanted to leave a nice review on the sales lady Jordyn P. that helped me along with another lady (wish I could find her name I wrote down )on 12/31/23. They spent A LOT of time with me helping me. GREAT customer service!!! I was worried they wouldn’t be able to solve my issue. I was VERY pleased with them!!! They were Very Patient . I was so please they resolved my issue that I went and bought them dreamland for a late lunch .

Adam was great! Upgraded to a new IPhone and was able to transfer all my data from my previous phone so easily.

Naylyn and Anthony were absolutely phenomenal! Such a great staff they have running this establishment! I will come here every time we have an issue

We went to the Inverness AT&T store to make changes to our bill, phone, internet and tv streaming. Chrishaun could not have done a better job than he did. Not only did he help us that day, but he came to the house and connected TV’s for us. On top of that, on his off time, he searched online for a part that we needed to get an older TV part and then came back to hook it up. We appreciate Chrishaun so much for his efforts and highly recommend him if you need help with AT&T products. Thank you so much, job well done!!

I am not happy with the iPhone at this time! I loved my Samsung and should have stuck with it! The folks in AT&T were great but the iPhone not so much!

Thank you to the wonderful group at this AT&T location on 280! Anthony truly went above and beyond to help me solve a unique and tedious problem. He stayed beyond closing to ensure I left with a functioning phone and was patient, friendly, and kind.
