Excellent service. Excellent! I got here with 20 minutes to look before close on my way home from Columbus GA. The staff did not rush me out, in fact, they told me to take my time and took the time to try to find a product for me. Then, they hooked me up with a discount. It wasn't the item I came in for and I'm still really happy. I just ordered a larger set of the item.

My art centered daughter loves this place. She lives on the art supplies isle. Good prices and a couple of the staff really enjoy their job. Very helpful people and the store is well stocked.

Exceptional customer service, particularly the curbside pick up. Notified the store that I'd arrived and within 5 minutes I had my order and a bigger smile on my face from the kind gentleman delivering. Thanks for making it a pleasure to shop! I live in Hoover but gladly commute to this store so I can get my wares AND (at least decent) customer service. Proud to be a repeat customer!

I have been getting some artwork reframed, and the staff in framing department is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Plus my artwork has turned out beautiful.

The cashiers are always the best part of Michael’s. My cashier even used my correct pronouns. They’re all very helpful and super sweet. Plus, duh, I love buying all my craft supplies here.

This location is always super clean and organized, and I LOVE that they go out of their way to advertise sales and clearance items throughout the store instead of hiding them all in some back section. There are always great sales on decor directly after the holidays year round!

AMAZING SERVICE && SUPER POLITE!!
I hate that I came so late but it was a super last min project (still doesn't make it right😕 on my part) that I had to have tonight.. I literally come in with 3 minutes and the young lady at the register was talking w/ the shift leader or manager and they BOTH were nice despite the time I came in.. I apologized i came that late and showed them a picture of what I needed.. they BOTH reassure me that its ok, then the manager showed me exactly where the items were.. I go to pay and the young lady at the register still asks if I'm a rewards member and does her job❤
She got my info and apparently I'm already a member 🤦‍♀ I am still apologetic but have a coupon.. the manager helped me with it and I made it out at 9:01!! These young ladies were AWESOME!! Other companies should take note and do what Michael's does!!

Others should start taking time to give credit and recognition to employees and companies as much as they do while complaining!! It cost $0.00 to be kind!!

Several convenient locations near me. Always great to check out new products and see what they have. Covers different medians of art. I do wish they carried glass products for stained glass and fusing glass.

2023 update: still as good as before. Everyone is always friendly and helpful when I go in.

Clean. Quite. Well organized. A pretty typical Michaels. The staff here has always been amazing and helpful if I've needed it.

I always find stuff in here that I love and the cashier always seems to find a coupon for me to use. I went in there to buy a $25 product and thanks to the knowledge of my cashier and her helpfulness I was able to get it for about $15. She helped me save money that I turned around and spent in the store as well.

I love this store so much! They have everything I need from canvases to charcoal! Even things I don't need like the equipment to start a new hobby LOL! I love it here so much that I am no longer allowed to go unsupervised. But whether I'm making the new blanket or working on a new drawing the staff is always eager to help me find whatever I need.

Their framing department did a FANTASTIC job with some canvas painting I brought back from Cambodia! They had a sale and allowed me to stack a coupon on top to get me the best price. My Great-Grandfather loved his birthday gift and has it displayed proudly on the wall.

I can not say enough good things about this Michael’s location. I’ve been in there three times this week! The store manager Angie is the best. She was so great with my kids, even my littlest ManCub who wasn’t behaving kindly. She invited them to an activity they do during the day and was very helpful in the store regarding our purchase. We’ll be back for sure!

I love shopping at Michael’s! Went to get there beautiful Tulips! Ended up with more than Tulips. They have a very nice selection of greenery for all your crafts ect.. Nice Store to shop.

Great deals after christmas

The arrangement of the merchandise was a little odd to me. It was a bit hard to find some things. The workers were really helpful though. There was a sale on the paint I was buying and the girl who ring me up also made me aware of a coupon that saved me even more so that was a game changer. She is the reason I went with five stars.

Every single visit, the cashiers are always so kind, helpful and filled with knowledge.

This Michaels is very organized and the staff is always willing to help with a project. They offer fun exciting classes and it's like a Candy store for hobby and craft enthusiasts. Floral. Stationary beautiful home decor. Everything for parties and weddings, generous parking and a safe location. Usually have a good sale items out front.
