I had an amazingly positive experience with DAMIAN AND MARK from Best Buy/Geek Squad. We purchased a TV and sound bar and we could not have been any happier!!! They were so professional, patient with all my questions and diligent in all the details of the installation. Thank y’all for exceeding my expectations!!!

I love the Best Buy at Inverness. Am at Best Buy now and Shayne was so patient and helpful. We were buying a new cell phone and unsure about so much and not wanting to make a mistake. Shayne calmly explained the different benefits with each phone.

I’ve had the BEST experience at our local Best Buy. I’m a small business owner and I’m always needing upgrades, tech stuff, and advice. Recently we worked with Lily, Michael, and Patrick in the Geek Squad department and have amazing things to say about them. Great service, delivered on time, advice about purchases, everything!

Friendly service, got what I needed and was in and out in about 10 minutes. Cashier was doing all he could managing both the main checkout as well as the online pickup area. Dude was lights out doing everything he could and always had a smile. Big box electronics store that has anything you could want, clean and organized

Chris C sold my father and my friend a TV so I decided to purchase one from him too. I went to the store a couple weeks ago and he helped so much. He spent over a hour with me in the store and made sure that I purchased a TV that was right for me. He even went through and unpackaged boxes to make sure I was getting what I needed. The customer service he provided was invaluable.

We came in to purchase two TVs but were unsure of what we needed based on the different rooms. He was able to help guide us to find what we needed. Thank you Chris! Also thank you to Kerry, the manager for offering his knowledge on best WiFi setup based on home size. Everyone there was super knowledgeable and friendly.

They are the best in service, but retail their prices are too high. We should manufacture phones in the USA to feed our economy.

I made an online order the night before for a chrome book case and was told I could use curbside pick up the following day. When the store opened, I was there ready for curbside pick up and had no problem. The employee brought it out, I popped my trunk, and the case was placed in the trunk of my car. The no contact transactions is a plus for me during Covid. I will definitely use the service again.

Of course it was super busy with the holiday season, yet the employees were very attentive. I was appreciative for the price match I found online for the products we found! Definitely love some Best Buy!

One of the better Best Buy’s I’ve been to. They have better deals than the average Best Buy as they markdown better, plus the selection is excellent here compared to most I’ve been to

I went into Best Buy yesterday to purchase a tablet for myself. I went in and looked through all of the tablets and was unsure of which tablet to get. Avery, with the tattoos, told me that he could assist me and help choose the better tablet. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the products. His light shines bright. Avery, I thank you so much for helping me on yesterday and also, for the conversation that we had. You are a very blessed young man and I pray that God continues to bless you and your family in abundance. I HIGHLY recommend everyone to go to the Best Buy on 280 to do business with Avery with the tattoos. He is amazing!

I recently got back into being a PC hobbyist with the release of D4. Every time I visit Best Buy I always go to Spencer, this guy really knows his stuff when it comes to the PC world. A+ customer service.

Nathan was great, he took him time to answer all of my questions and was so patient! Got a great new phone and case and earbuds!

I still spend a lot of time in Best Buy (almost always the 280 location). Tonight’s visit was absolutely the best shopping encounter I’ve had in a long time. The Best Buy employee that assisted me went above and beyond in helping with my new iPhone purchase. Avery was the store employee’s name. Y’all should ask for him when you need help. He extremely helpful. Avery’s attitude and demeanor made the experience even better. I would choose this location based on Avery working there alone.
