Leeds Memorial Park

Gosh, there are so many wonderful things to say about this specific park. The veterans memorial was built to remember our warriors for our freedom. My uncle was the one who provided the input for this project. I've been several times with friends, pets, and of course lunch. There is also a creek that runs through the park. It's a very nice place.

Great place to go for a walk have a picnic or let the kids play. A very nice clean park with a little something for everyone. They even have a cute little book nook, to find a book or leave one. I guess one of my favorite things is the love locks on the bridge. Take a lock and that special someone and add your lock to the bridge. Visit Leeds Park for lots of fun, love and adventure.

My son loves this park. I can't seem to find the restrooms. All I see are porta potties, but I would still highly recommend this place. Awesome park to visit!

The event was the Creekbank Festival and Car Show. It's a well manicured park with pedestrian bridges and pavilions, alongside the memorial to fallen solideirs from the past. The park is very shady with established trees with playgrounds sprinkled throughout. Great venue for vendors and a large car show.

Very nice, clean, fresh cut grass, different playground equipment for different ages, not accessible for wheelchairs, there is a creek to fish several port o potties, baseball fields, walking/jogging tracking, pavilions and picnic tables and benches throughout the park.

Beautiful park. Shady and inviting, a dog walking environment. Most people are reasonable enough to leash their animals, but occasionally there is a person who doesn't. Bring your own doggy bags, they may or may not have any available.

Leeds Memorial Park is the best playground in Birmingham. With three story playplaces and an old fashioned merry-go-round, it can't be beat. The natural part of the park surrounding the creek is gorgeous, and the whole park has a lovely view of sunset. It's a great place to end a beautiful day.

A quiet remote area for serious thought. Children can run and play and just be themselves...wonderful place to just chill and soak in the beautiful day around you.

Pet Friendly! Very nice park. Visited there to have lunch after visiting Buc-ees and the Barber Motorsports Museum nearby. Has a great paved walking trail around the park for the babies to stroll. A little creek runs down the middle with a bridge to cross over. Has pavilions, picnic tables, and very nice playground for kids. Also has a veterans memorial.

A beautiful part to take the kids and grandkids. We have been there many times through the years. We love walking on the track and playing with the grandkids. And we've had picnics

This park is gorgeous and has lots on nice sitting spot in the shade and good walking areas. I do wish they wouldnt cut the grass to a millimeter of its life.

Clean park, HUGE! Every age had something to do. Pavilion with tables great place to also walk their track and dogs welcomed!

Hang out with a new friend sat on the bench by the memorial until I got a pretty warm with the sun coming down then moved over to the covered picking table area. Park with clean and nice places to hang out and visit.

Beautiful park with a very large play area and the ball fields are very nice

It is such a good place for kids to let out their energy and for parents or others to relax and enjoy nature.

It's been awhile since I've attended the Creekside Festival at Leeds Park. Wow, has it grown. Local live music was great. There were lots of antique cars to oooh & ahhh over and more crafty vendors than I could check out.

My grandson and I always have a great time when we go here. And I also enjoy exercising and walking at this park its a nice clean friendly atmosphere. Isn't he the cutest three year old.🥰

Good walking park and people from the area are friendly. Also the park is kept up and clean.

Beautiful park! Great playground with swings and a climbing structure for older and smaller kids. There's a walking trail & a small stream.

Always a great place to go for a simple walk or take my daughter to play ground
