Target

My store is the one on Highway 280 in Birmingham, AL. The newly remodeled store looks great and has a more upscale feel than a big box store. The sales associates are extremely helpful. It is great to use the Target app and Red Card for purchases. Target has a very customer friendly return and price matching policy. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer.

Renovation is tough for employees as well as customers. Target employees were upbeat and welcoming. The areas of the store where renovation is complete look wonderful. I love how easy it was to find price information for each item on the shelves. This is going to be a beautiful store. Thanks Target!

I went in looking for a Sweatshirt. I couldn't find one long enough, so a target pro helped me find two that were perfect. I was freezing at a conference, so I needed one immediately. Lol. I should have gotten a pic!

They are redoing the entire layout of the store, which changes daily right now, but the team members are very nice and friendly, letting you know where things are, and most of the time showing you themselves-which is RARE In Target Stores anymore. Would recommend this Target, it's going to be really nice when it's all done!

I went to exchanges and had the nicest young lady help me! She smiled and was kind! I will come back to shop at this Target again! Chelsea did a great job!

Place was nice and I got lucky and hit the clearance rack jackpot. All the employees were top notch.

Delivery orders have been good, better than most places. Shoppers are usually good about checking with me about substitutions and also asking if I need anything else that wasn’t in my order.

I’ve used pickup once, and it went well. Quick and the employee was friendly.

I’ve gone in store once for a return and that was quick and painless too. Friendly employees.

I rarely shop in store anywhere, but I’m sure shopping in store here will be nice too.

Palmer in the household goods section was super nice! He helped make my day by simply going to the back to check for an item even though it said sold out online . He had a great attitude and he found the item. This is why I love target!

I’ve always liked this Target the most out of this one, the Homewood, and Hoover locations. But now I feel like this Target is even better! The remodeling is looking great so far and I love the new Ulta makeup section.

I had to hop on and praise Cynthia! She was our check out clerk and just bubbling over with kindness and sunshine. She was chatting with the guest in front of me like they were old friends, then treated me the same way. She happily gave my boys stickers and told me how precious and wonderful they were. She looked me in the eye and said warmly, "It's an honor and a privilege to serve you today," just because she 100% felt that way. She radiates gratitude and joy and Target is lucky to have her!

I stopped by to pickup a curbside order I had placed yesterday and of course remembered a few things I needed to go in and buy!🤦🏼‍♀ Anyway, I was looking for something specific in the boys/mens section and the female sales associate I interacted with was all-around phenomenal!! She was sweet, polite, helpful, and patient! I couldn’t find the item I was looking for and she helped me without making me feel like she just wanted to hurry up and get on with something else and was so patient and awesome!! I really wish I had looked at her name tag so that I could compliment her by name, but she was working at the 280 Target on Friday August 12, 2022 in the boys/mens section around 9-930 am. She was excellent and the type of employee that makes you feel welcome, seen, and heard!!

This target always has exactly what I need when it comes to school shopping. I mostly order online, but whenever I have an in store pick up they are always efficient. I encountered Zuri M., a target employee, and she was amazing. Great customer service and she helped me get the things I needed.

Leaving this review simply because of how absolutely delightful our cashier Cynthia was. One of the kindest souls I have ever encountered in retail. She loves her job, and she loves her customers. The world would be a better place with more Cynthia’s in it.
