Well stocked and friendly staff! Front registers were lined up with people. A nice manager showed me how to download their app and purchase for store pickup online and soon I made my purchase, skipped the long line and was happily out the door with my package!

Terra customer service was superb, if you need your pictures framed go see her. Will be going back.

A good place to get art supplies, primarily painting and drawing. I always try to track down one of their coupons before going to the cash register. There always seems to be one around the house or on their website. They also have a wide selection of items on sale most weeks.

Though the staff isn't overly friendly, they are typically helpful. The items I need are usually in stock and the store is always clean. I shop at Michael's several times a month and will continue to do so because the sales and promotions cannot be beat.

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. The store was very clean and the store was merchandised well. I was just looking around with no particular thing to buy. It was very pleasant to hear the customers and employees speaking as if they were friends. I did not buy a thing but I enjoyed the experience.

Very helpful at check out. I had an issue with not being able to order online and pick up in store with a Halloween Trunk or Treat item they advertised with a coupon. The lady at checkout handled everything for me!! Very pleased with her great attitude and will definitely be back!
