Big Home Depot San Jose Capitol Expressway. The store is huge 75,000 square feet. They have EVERYTHING. The Outside Garden is just as big as the competitors. The plant selections and trees are all SEASONAL. Including Xmas, Easter, Mothers Day.... They have all kinds of plants and trees and veggies and fruit and soil and sand and pavers and bender boards and sprinklers and PVC pipes and fertilizers and grass seeds and hoses and everything you could possibly need for your home to make it beautiful. Service is EXCELLENT. They have plenty of people to always help and answer your questions. The cashiers are also pretty knowledgeable.

Employees were very helpful. My go to home Depot to my home improvement needs.

That is my Home depot, there is many like it., but this one is mine. You can do all your projects and they are there to help, they even have a tool rental

When I went in yesterday, I showed an outdated obscure piece of metal to the first employee near the front door in the isle. She was so knowledgeable of the store products, she knew that Home Depot did not carry it, but similar choices were in Isle 00 and Bay 00 (whatever numbers she said) upper left corner. They were exactly where she said. It was very impressive. I hope all employees can become as knowledgeable as her. I'll try to catch her name next time and add it to this review.

This store is well stocked much better than most stores especially when it comes to small tools. The parking lot seems pretty well organized and they don’t share it with anyone else except a Starbucks out on the corner. Having a Starbucks on the corner is a bonus. The staff is well educated in their knowledge of their inventory and quick to help and readily available. This is by far the best Home Depot I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to Home Depot‘s throughout the country from coast to coast top to bottom

I just love home depot. I don't think I can ever recall a bad experience at home depot. The person in charge of thier garden section is doing an amazing job.

I delivered Christmas trees, everyone was super nice and even though it took a while to unload them all it was a pleasant experience! Thanks guys!

For this visit, I was collecting something I'd purchased online and had delivered to my local Home Depot.

Never having done this before, I went inside and was helped by a gentleman (didn't catch his name, but he was VERY kind and helpful), who figured out that what I had to pick up was in a locker outside. (I didn't even know they HAD pick-up lockers!)

So he wrote the code down for me and walked with me to the locker. He got the screen set up for the code, then had me type it in. Et voila! The door opened, and I got my purchase!

Easy peasy. Took less than ten minutes total, and I was on my way.

I recommend not only this Home Depot but online ordering and to-the-store deliveries.

Great place. In and out in seconds. Found what I wanted and off to the self check out. Wanted to give a big thank you to the employee that works in the garden area. Forgot his name but I can tell he works the garden dept just the way he was suited up. Very knowledgeable on garden products esp. when I asked about getting rid of flies and ants that we're eating my cherry tree. He went over some options, asked more questions about what I needed and eventually picked something out. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Hopefully the employee reads this review and thank you for your assist. That made a big difference. Mahalo

They had just what I needed today. The staff isn't much help, but I'm pretty self sufficient. The checkout person was efficient. It is my local store and it's pretty well stocked. Still busy! Well stocked, no shortages.

I just want to give a huge thank you!!!!! To Paige in the return section. I was having a stressful day after my freezer just went out that I bought from Home Depot a few months ago. I tried calling my local Home Depot many times and they didn’t have the time or patience to help me out (rude!!).
So out of despair and hope I called the 2nd nearest Home Depot nearest to me( first time their). Out of luck and good hiring by Home Depot Paige picked up!!!. She was so helpful, understanding, patient and friendly I felt like I knew this person even though we just talked for the first time. She took the time to help me with my problem and was able to help me get a new freezer that night!!!
I will now be going to this Home Depot all the time and will recommend my family and friends as well to go their in the future.

They were out of hoses yesterday, clerk told me they would be in stock today. And guess what shelf full of hoses. Since I was there I went and got some light bulbs I needed. Overall quick experience, used self checkout was a lot quicker.

Purchased an incorrect item and I took it back eventhough I had no receipt I was able to use the card I paid with and got a return without hesitation!!! Thank you.

Love this store. Garden area is my favorite. Nice variety of plants.
