AT&T Store

We had a wonderful experience with Isaiah at this store. After being mistreated by the store in New Hartford (wouldn't allow us to use the restroom, but escorted he family next us to use it) and told we were wrong by the store in Oneida, Isaiah, asked us to come in and see if we could work out the problem. He even did some research on his personal time to educate himself. Together (mostly him) we were able to accomplish our goal. We greatly appreciate his patience and grace. To the other stores, yes, you can set up and Apple Watch to call at the number its linked to...its called used another appleid.

My dtr and I had attempted to upgrade our phones at the New Hartford store, unfortunately they didn’t have either phone in stock and we were really never given any other option except to go to Best Buy. We chose to go to the North Utica store, where we were able to get the exact phones we wanted. Skylerl and Zack assisted us with transferring all of our info, contacts , etc to the new phones with out any problems! They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of our questions! Over all it was a very easy experience and I would highly recommend visiting this store for all your AT&T needs!

1at time I wasn't thrilled with my service, the next time I was very satisfied. Truth be told, anywhere you go your service will depend on the associates mood. But I was helped to find the most effective plan for my family and didn't feel like I was being sold a used car.

Went to north Utica NY at&t store dealt with Samantha absolutely the best service person I've ever worked with. She's truly a five star rep.
