Today I had to make a purchase in N Utica Lowes….. upon my check out i noticed that it was the dreaded (at least to me ) SELF CHECK OUT….THANKFULLY there was an employee by the name of “Arthur” standing there,eager to help anyone who encountered trouble working the self check out….(that would be ME!😬)
Well… Arthur was good, he saw my puzzled look…and he immediately stepped up to the plate……SMILING AND PLEASANTLY…and he worked his magic and helped me through the process…NO SWEAT! Just wanted to let Lowes know that they have a wonderful employee!!! HIS NAME IS ARTHUR!! THANK YOU ARTHUR!! You are awesome!

Our go to for house plants and pool and house maintenance stuff. Shout out to Kuya Arthur who makes the self check out easy to get through.

My always go to store, never have any issues. Got paint today plenty of help. In and out no waiting. Awesome customer service always willing to help. Was in and out no waiting today. Michael at customer service waa quick and fast and very friendly

Awesome Customer Service. When you ask where something is they don’t point you they walk you to the desired item. Go to any of the other competitors and they point you and 99.9 times out of 100 they are incorrect. Lowe’s on the other hand is the total opposite they walk you to the desired item.

Had everything I was looking for. No complaints.

My experience was great. It was not because of great customer service from regular Lowe's employees but from an individual from the merchandising team. It was his first day there and he took me to the proper location and explained the product based off his knowledge and personal experiences. Now that is a real customer service representative going beyond. Good job North Utica Merchandising Department!!!

Great store!! Very helpful and pleasant associate in the garden Department! She even had an associate help load bags of mulch in my car for me! I love shopping at the North Utica Lowe's!

I absolutely love the head cashier, hes always pleasant and has a great sense of humor. He is quick and helpful. Never any hassle for returning items! Every business should have a gentleman like him!

I would like to tell you that you have a super nice and helpful. He is Ado and works in the lawn mower department. I can't express my gratitude enough. Keep him and don't let him go.

Does the trick for average in stock items. Materials are of middle of the mall type quality. But the prices reflect that. So expect to pay what you get. Windows and doors section is very knowledgeable and helpful. Have spent 10s of thousands at this location will no issues. Appliances also has some very helpful employees.

I was looking for the $149 Hitachi belt sander which they were out of so he price matched the $169 cable pro model. While asking for paint advice a customer rudely interrupted her and made a disparaging comment and she remained kind and while checking out my hands were full so the cashier went to get me a shopping cart to put my items in and not have to struggle so much. Amazing attentive customer service all around !!!!

Ryan in lumber went out of his way to cut my sheet stock to my specifications. 5 sheets, 5 cuts each, lengthwise! This makes my project much easier. I had several gift cards from Christmas, and the cashier at the Pro desk handled it with ease. Excellent service all told. I've spent thousands of dollars at Lowe's in the past year, and have never received better service. Thanks!

Launch is great place to shop at with friendly staff that's always willing to help you when he can't find anything the only thing I don't like about Lowe's is every time I go in there I wind up buying more than I expect with so many choices to choose from

Store is well organized and easy to find things. Their 5 percent off or special financing for purchases is a great deal and puts them ahead of Home Depot when looking to buy something.

Prices and selection are good but difficult to find associate when needing assistance. A lot of associates do not know their products when asked about them. Although, the associates ARE pleasant when talking to them.

Wonderful customer service! I had 5 employees come up to me with a ,hi, could I help u with anything??! If so please let me know and I'd be more then glad to assist you. Very .ugh enjoyed my time there.

Went specific for deck paint. Wanted the deck restore paint in matching color. Despite the computer not allowing it, the specialist made it work. The result against my siding is so perfect. Very pleased with the help provided.
