Steet Ponte Ford

I walked into Steet Ponte Ford Lincoln dealership to see if they had a car I would be interested in. No intention to buy. Was looking for a Lincoln, Honda Accord or Toyota Camry; a driving car since we travel long distance. We saw this car on the lot, got out looked at it, looked it up on line, and out came Samantha from inside the dealership. We started chatting about the car. She asked if we wanted to test drive it. I did. So we went for a ride. Loved the car. Asked a hundred questions, she answered them all. When we got back, I said, ok let’s talk numbers. It took less than 10 minutes to make a deal, which included exactly what I wanted for my trade in. Lincoln offered better financing than my bank, so I went with that. Went back yesterday to pick the car up. It was clean, tank full of gas and ready to go. I was blown away by the customer service, and the warranty of the Lincoln car. I don’t think I’ll ever buy another car that isn’t a Lincoln.

Very easy experience. I dealt with Rich Zajac and he was very helpful and didn’t pressure me into anything which I always appreciate. I got exactly what I wanted all in the same day which was a nice surprise. Easy truck shopping experience.

I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco sport from Phil Higgins. The experience was so comfortable and stress free--- probably the best time I've ever had buying a vehicle. When I went to pick up my new Bronco Phil sent at least an hour going over all the equipment and helping me to set up all the apps. Great experience all around. I totally recommend him .

I wanted to lease a 2023 Lincoln Nautilus to replace my leased Corsair. I had previously been dealing with a Lincoln dealership in VT, closer to where I live in northeastern NY, which resulted in me dealing directly with the NYS-DMV in registering the vehicle where I live. It was worth the extra distance for me to travel to Steet-Ponte-Lincoln to have a NYS dealership handle my registration transfer. My initial contact with this dealership was by phone with Mel Allen and by viewing their internet website. Mel helped me chose the vehicle from their inventory that checked all my boxes and he provided me with the lease figures so I could make an informed decision. On the appointment date and time I showed up to get the car Mel had all the paperwork ready to go. Including my time inspecting the new Nautilus, I was in and out in a very resonable time with my new Lincoln and with my not having to handle any of the NYS-DMV vehicle registration transfer. I credit Mel for making the whole process for this transaction from a long distance an efficiently smooth one. I love my new Lincoln Nautilus.

Had a great experience with Steet Ponte Ford. I had a reservation and order for an F150 Lightning and Ford had multiple price increases. I had no problem getting Steet Ponte to confirm and honor both price protection and a private offer honoring Model Year 22 pricing. No haggling or arguing to get them to sell it to me for a fair price. First car buying experience I've had where I didn't feel taken advantage of. Dealt directly with Phil Higgins as my salesman, Steve Cater the sales manager, and Rich Ernst in Finance - all were very easy to work with, communicative, friendly, and not pushy. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a full size Bronco from Dan at Steet-Ponte. I had the most amazing experience working with them. I live in the Albany Capital region near lots of dealerships, but I chose to purchase from Steet-Ponte, a 2 hours drive away, because I wanted to purchase my vehicle from the best!
