Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

I had never been assuming it was one of those high pressure box furniture stores where they follow you around and “hound” you for the commission sale but there was no pressure at all. The gentleman came over here and there to make sure we were ok and was very knowledgeable, able to answer my questions quickly, but he did not pressure us at all. Everyone was so friendly. We ended up coming back to give the sale to him not only because he was giving the best price on the mattress and adjustable frame with next day delivery but because of how he handled us as we shopped.

Mary greeted us as we entered the store. She was very helpful in helping us make our purchases. I have shopped Raymour & Flanigan for years. I will always go to them whenever I’m looking for furniture items.

Liz was very helpful with answering all of our questions at the Yorkville store. Very nice place with a big showroom with a lot to choose from. Everyone was very nice, we will be using them now for all of our furniture and bed needs. 10/10 I recommend to anyone.

We came in just looking. The selection was so great that we fell in love with a particular set. Lourdes our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We end up purchasing that day. No more looking!

Adam H has been outstanding. He combined a perfect combination of being direct without being pushy. We felt comfortable with him and wanted to make sure we mentioned how helpful he was during our process.

Really nice selection to choose from in the showroom. Definitely more bedroom sets to look at though. Would have liked to see more of a living room selection. We ended up choosing a very nice leather set including the couch, loveseat and chair. Delivery is to be in a couple of days. Elizabeth Bello was super nice as well as our interaction with customer service through the checkout process.

Store personnel very kind, courteous & helpful. Did not get my furniture yet to rate their delivery & setup crew.

Liz was a great sales person. We don't care for high pressure sell. She lets us look around answered our questions and then helped us arrange the financing and delivery. It was a very good experience.

Very good customer service, especially Rachell the manager help us everything we want to know, aslo consultant Jerry Sullivan very good customer service . Definitely we will come to this store in the future not for family need aslo will buy a lot more for our business expansion. This Yorkville store in New York will do very well in the future . I was treated well and professionally when I first came to look at furniture for my living room. Elizabeth gave me a tour of the appropriate areas of the showroom and then left me to browse and check out the chairs and sofas. She checked in with me occasionally and answered my questions and gave me written information. She was very helpful, not at all pushy and was there when I had questions.
I came back to the store with my husband once I had narrowed down my choices and we had a different consultant. Lourdes was very informative, friendly and patient while we decided on our choices. I explained that I had worked with another staff person and Lourdes said that she would note that. Lourdes was not pushy at all and gave us time to browse. I asked that both she and Elizabeth get credit for the sale.
The experience was very friendly, informative and stress free. We replaced a loveseat and chair and a half that we had purchased at Raymour and Flanigan approximately 20 years ago.

Saleman was great. Didn't try to sell us anything extra that we didn't need which is always a plus as well. Definitely would go back for any other future needs! Thank you!

I went in to shop for a dining set, got all the information needed on the set I liked, returned the next, the salesperson called it up on his computer and cashed me out. it can't get any easier than that. Also, the manager came over to us with bottles of ice cold water while we were discussing the sale with the salesperson. Nice touch!
