Avoid the crowds at Sephora. This place is never too crowded and the MUAs give you great advice. I have walked in and asked for recos on the fly like best cat eye liner, best eye makeup remover, etc and they always provide me with products that don’t fail. It’s quick in and out, lots of attention, free samples too. Love this place!

I honestly didn’t even know what this place was when I was living down the street for 5 years…but then once I discovered it I fell in love. They carry the most amazing products-but more importantly than that, the person who helps me every time I go in is phenomenal at what she does. She is kind and genuine…never pushy. She has always given me quality and customized advice, and rather than sending me on my way with a product I’m unsure of, she’ll provide me with a few samples first because she gets that these products are an investment and that they will work differently for everyone. I’m thankful for this discovery and now have no reason to return to Sephora or ulta.

I made a last minute appt for a lash application and Amy was nothing short of amazing. We had a great conversation and she ended up doing a full face of make up that was everything I wanted. I wanted a natural look for a boudoir photo shoot I was doing and I was so amazed with Amy and her talent! Despite her being the only tech on the floor she rocked my look as well as tended to every customer in the store with such grace. She got me out of there looking glamorous in less than an hour. I will be back. Thanks again Amy!!!!!

I love it because I work as a guest make-up artist here. 😉 It's a privilege to work with an amazing team of talented make-up artists who are trained in the latest color, hair care and skin care lines. And the pressure is off the client because no one works on commission; there is the same excellent service for any and every line of product.

I can find a lot of things in this store I usually have to order from Sephora. I like knowing when need something I can just go pick it up without waiting for it come in the mail. I go here for skincare and hair products. I’m not really into makeup. The staff is helpful and not pushy. I wish they had the complete La Roche-Posay line though.

Good but could be better - I wish the store would carry more high end cosmetics such as Bobbi Brown and fewer skin and hair care products. I love that they have the full line of Laura Mercier and NARS but I have to drive to Saks for Bobbi Brown - have them all in one store and I'll go there all the time. Also, more consistency with customer service - some of the staff are friendly and helpful while others, while not unfriendly, have a know it all attitude are not helpful in describing or recommending products.

I went into Bluemercury ready to revamp my spring makeup/skincare routine and to purchase some products Sephora doesn’t sell. As I walked in, no one even acknowledged me. I spent maybe 5-6 mins looking at products and not a single associate came over to ask if I needed help. The store was also empty, so both of the associates knew I came in. I will absolutely NOT be returning. I’d rather purchase from the brands actual websites!
